My dog Martha loves her walks with Catherine. She also loves having her holidays with Anna (I'm sure she prefers staying with Anna more than being at home!!). We wouldn't use any other company. They are reliable, friendly and most of all they love Martha as much as we do.

I have been using friends for pets for the past 6 months and I can't thank them enough for all they do with my corgi Eric. He loves his walks with Aunty Anna and it's so nice to see the updates on social media when I'm in work. I think he has charmed Aunty Catherine also with his swamp antics!!! Thank you so much!! xx

I was extremely nervous finding a dog walker but luckily Catherine was recommended to me. Catherine is absolutely fantastic with my four year old cocker spaniel. We recently transitioned from him going to a full days daycare in a centre to walks with Catherine. He wasn’t getting on well with the daycare as he’s very sensitive. Catherine has really taken the time to get to know Boris and all his little quirks. He absolutely adores her and gets so so excited to go on his walks. She even bought a new lead to accommodate him. I absolutely love the photos from all his adventures. I cannot recommend her enough! She’s a really lovely lady, a true dog lover and a fantastic dog walker!!

I was a bit nervous about sending my dog with a new walker after moving house, but I could tell from the first few messages from Catherine (the owner) how lovely they were & how much they cared about the dogs. Her dog walker Georgina is just as lovely & Betty loves her, she cries/howls with excitement when she sees Georgina at the door & always comes back so happy,. You can tell she's had the best time by her wiggly bum. I get pictures and videos of her with her pals which are so lovely to see. I wouldn't trust anyone else with Betty now, Friends for Pets are fab.

Eric my cavapoo loves his pawsome days with Lisa - here he is waiting for her to arrive. She comes and picks him up in the morning and he spends the whole day with her and other dogs she's walking and comes back muddy, happy and tired. Friends for Pets is a professional setup; I made contact with Catherine who then paired me (well, Eric really!) with Lisa and we haven't looked back. I always feel confident in the care that Eric gets when he's out on his adventures with Lisa.

This is where you’ll normally find Rufus before and after his walks with Anna. If I could post a video of them together I would because he has such love for her! Trusting someone with my pup was always going to be tough but after meeting Anna I was completely sold.......not just because she was lovely and put me and my husband at ease but because our mad spaniel Rufus took to her immediately pinning her down and giving her endless amounts of kisses. He’s always so excited to see her and loves being out and about with all the other dogs. Friends for pets and Anna especially give Rufus the attention, exercise and love that we can’t when we are at work so I cannot praise them highly enough. They really care for your pet as if they were their own and ultimately that’s what we wanted. If you’re looking for a dog walker or someone to visit your precious pet these are the guys for the job.

Friends for Pets Cardiff was recommended to me by my neighbor, when I began looking for a reputable dog walking business in the Cardiff area to regularly walk my 7year old golden retriever. And I have been so impressed with the professional service and care which is full of personal touches. Roku loves his walker, Anna, and when we first started, she took to the time to visit and meet Roku to make sure they'd be a good fit together. Anna makes sure he is well cared for, and I get weekly updates on how their walks together have been. I cannot recommend Friends for Pets Cardiff enough. This is a gem of a small locally owned business and I am so pleased to have found them!

The Team have been so helpful in supporting us through the first few months with our new puppy, jumping in to help out when my husband went into hospital. The Friends for Pets Cardiff team are brilliant. We brought our puppy (Bonnie) home a few weeks before lockdown. As she then couldn't spend as much time as was needed with other dogs, she was quite timid around them. We decided to get in touch with Friends for Pets to help Bonnie's confidence, both with other people and with other dogs. We were paired up with Anna and she has been completely amazing. She matches Bonnie with other dogs that will boost her confidence and we've seen a real difference! An added bonus has been the additional car practice that Anna gives Bonnie when she takes her out for walks. On top of what we've been doing, it's really helped Bonnie get over her travel sickness. Anna's really communicative it's been working really well around our schedule. And considering how bananas Bonnie goes when Anna arrives, I think it's safe to assume that everyone is happy. It's really reassuring to know that Bonnie has a familiar face to stay with if we ever need and once she's old enough <3

Catherine and Lisa provide an excellent service at Friends for Pets. Honey, our Cavachon, loves going for walks with them and it is comforting to know she is having a good walk with people we can trust, when we are at work. They are both very flexible and accommodating, and will often fit Honey in for a walk at the last minute! I highly recommend them as a dog walking service!

This is an amazing service, my dog loves her walker, Lisa. Lisa has never cancelled a session and is the perfect walker: she is a veritable dog whisperer! :) Catherine in the office is fantastic: very responsive and pleasant to deal with. I also arranged to board my dog through Friends for Pets (they arrange for your pet to stay in someone's house!) unfortunately we had to cancel because of Covid but I was very impressed with the service. Highly recommended!!

My little dachshund Nigel loves his time with the amazing ladies Anna and Catherine at Friends For Pets. He’s a bundle of energy and still at puppy training (so still rough around the edges) but they’ve been nothing but friendly and understanding. Anna from Friends for Pets walks our Tibetan Terrier Archie regularly when I'm working. She's amazing with him, in tune with his likes and dislikes, and really makes his walks fun and enjoyable. She sends pictures and videos of him and his friends, and nothing is too much trouble. He will be staying with her in the summer when we go on holiday and I know he'll be well looked after and have a great time! She also feeds our cats when we're away and is totally trustworthy, again messaging every day to let us know everything's ok.

Penny loves her dog walks with aunty Cat! She has some amazing adventures with friends for pets, and gets taken to lovely places where she can splash and have fun. She is with other dogs and this has really helped to build up her confidence, she has become quite the bossy boots! I feel happy knowing she has had a good run around while I've been at work and that she has had company. Cat is always very professional and has always made sure she has looked after Penny. She has been absolutely brilliant with our puppy, always providing a 5 star personalised flexible service, accommodating his and our needs wherever possible, from puppy visits to dog walks. Hayley walks our golden retriever puppy Coco regularly while we are at work, and it’s great to see our usually very energetic puppy is always very happy and relaxed when we get home. Catherine and her team provide an absolutely fantastic service! They look after Winnie so well and we don’t know what we’d do if we hadn’t found friends for pets. When Catherine is away, it’s perfect having other dog walkers who can step in and we always know that we’ll get the same great service. They were very accommodating when Winnie was a puppy and were happy to feed her as well as walk her. Winnie was quite shy as a puppy and Catherine introduced her to the other dogs slowly, which was perfect. The dogs are walked in small groups with other suitable dogs, rather than large unmanageable packs. It’s great to be able to see the Facebook updates of your dog’s walks too. Overall they provide a wonderful service and I can fully recommend friends for pets cardiff.

Anna looked after our 5 month old lab like he was her own. Leaving him for a week was made so much easier with all the lovely messages & photos of Dexter. I have been using friends for pets since my puppy was 12 weeks old and he is currently coming up to a year. They have always been very reliable and accommodating. As well as daily walks. We also recently used the boarding service - everyone we have had walk or look after our dog has always been attentive and flexible with nothing being too much trouble. I have even text a couple of times to arrange emergency walks and they have always been there and likewise when our regular dog walker hasn’t been around cover has been organised efficiently with no stress with the option of us meeting anyone who will walk our dog: It is clear everyone working for friends for pets has a big love for animals. As a first time pet parent I was mega chuffed to always get regular updates and photos and I can trust them to inform me whenever there is an issue. We had one occasion when our puppy was taken quite sick during the day and they were immediately on the phone to me and even when he stayed in at the vets and was taken very unwell the messages of support and concern spoke volumes for how much they care for each dog they walk making them quite unique. I would highly recommend the team their care, good attitude and consideration makes them a very highly valued service 🐶❤️

Absolutely great!!! I know my dog pulls and I know he's not that great in the car either, but Catherine from friends at pets is so good with him and he really really loves going out with her and the other doggies!!! His recall isnt the best so she keeps him on a extra long lead!!! Which is brilliant, I don't have to worry about anything!!!! couldnt recommend them more!!!!!

Great cat sitter! We left my 3 cats with Hannah during Christmas for 2 weeks. They were very well looked after. The cat sitter also took care of the house plants. When we came back the cats were fine and quite happy, they obviously did not feel lonely during our absence.

Anna boards my elderly Jack Russell. I am a neurotic owner and Anna puts my mind completely at ease with pictures and even videos of Dita when I'm away. I trust her judgement and know Dita will be treated beautifully. I also see most of the FFP walkers out and about and the company as a whole have a really good ethos. Everyone is clearly an animal lover. Thoroughly recommend ❤️
