Amazing service! They did a great job with shaving my dog (I have a big labradoodle) Staff was lovely to both me and my dog. Also very good value for money! They charged me a fair price (unlike many other places) Would 100% recommend!

Amazing dog care service. All so personal! My dog seems to know when Jess and team are collecting him. He literally runs to greet them at the front door. He comes home shattered but clearly content! Would never take him anywhere else

My two dogs have been getting groomed and walked with Jess since they were puppies and we couldn't be happier. After a bad experience walking them on my own when they were only a few months old I was too scared to walk them again without someone. Only a few months of regular walks with Jess and the staff, their behaviour on lead dramatically improved and they actually had recall when off lead. I can now happily walk them on my own. Jess has also being able to accommodate last minute comfort breaks when we have being delayed getting home. Thank you.

Jess and Fiona are brilliant. They've looked after my pup since we started out nearly 2 years ago. He has a fantastic time out on his walkies and comes home shattered! They are reliable and go well above and beyond to help always. Highly recommended! 😀👍

Our other Labrador has looked sad ever since- until Jess started walking him to provide him with company when we are out. Ozzy dog loves Jess and gets so excited when he hears her name. She has taken him out and about to Victoria Park, Llandaff Fields etc and he completely adores her. It's so obvious that Jess loves animals and they love her back!
