Pontcanna dog walking have been looking after my dog, Norman, for the last three years and they are excellent. Norman is walked every day and Will is not only reliable but also very accommodating when plans are changed at the last minute. If I am at home when Norman is expecting Will, it is very clear that he is excited at the prospect of a walk and he always comes home exhausted and happy! I would not trust anyone else to look after my dog and cannot thank the guys and gals at Pontcanna dog walking enough for the care and attention they give him.

We first went to Will back in 2011 when we had our pup Labrador, Coco and haven't looked back since. We felt we could trust him 100% with our dog straight away and you can tell he really cares about animals. Coco gets walked a few days a week and it's such an easy system - we email Will on the weekend with the walks we need the following week and he comes back super quick, there's never been a single hitch. He's also sorted us out on many occasions with last minute or one-off requests, like dog-sitting over a weekend. Our regular dog-walker is Gareth who is absolutely fab with Coco, whenever i bump into him in the park when I'm out walking Coco, i realise she gets more excited seeing him than she does seeing me! I couldn't recommend this dog-walking service more, lovely people who genuinely care about dogs.

We have been using Pontcanna Dog Walking (Ben and Edee) to look after our little dog Clicquot for over a year now and we are so happy with the service they provide on the days we can't be home with her. Clicquot absolutely adores them both and we feel so relaxed about leaving her with them when we go away on holiday. They make an extra effort to look after your dogs needs a characteristics! (our dog hates the rain!) I can highly recommend Pontcanna Dog Walking :)

Rachel and Kahla have been walking my dog Quincy for a few months now. He loves going with them, literally died somersaults when he sees them and I'm happy as I know he's being looked after well and is safe. He's a very happy puppy and I'm a very happy owner! Would recommend to anyone!

I have been absolutely delighted with the level of service provided by Pontcanna Dog Walking. Myself and Inca (my staffy/bull mastiff puppy) met with Will and Kahla at our home to arrange Inca's Pontcanna dog walking, feeding and playtime schedule. Inca has now been on a fair few walks with Kahla and as a four month old puppy, she is absolutely thriving. She thoroughly enjoys being out and about during the day and socialising with other dogs. She seems a lot more confident when on walks with me and especially around other dogs, and the photos and videos Kahla sends me are just an added bonus! The staff really are extremely accommodating and love and care for the dogs as if they were their own. I really could not recommend them more strongly. Thank you!
