I couldn't recommend PontK9 enough, the walkers are very friendly and get to know your dog on a personal level, and will offer advice where you may be stuck. They also offer services for dogs who are more nervous etc and are very understanding of any behavioural issues. They also send updates of the walk afterwards and genuinely seem to adore the animals they work with. The app for booking is really user friendly and, most importantly, my dog absolutely loves them and I would send her on walks with them for that reason alone!

Our pup has been going to PontK9 now for 6months. He absolutely loves day boarding and has stayed with Ben for almost a week when my husband and I were away. We always get videos, pictures and updates of how he is doing and he had an amazing holiday! Dee, Ben and the team are wonderful, always so helpful and accomodating. We feel we couldn't have found anything better, it's our pup's home from home and we look forward to sending him to day boarding for many more months and years to come. Thank you Pontk9.

I have used Pont K9 to care for my dog for many years. Our regular walker Rachel is absolutely fantastic with out dog and I know he not only has an enriching and playful time when he is with her but that is he is safe and cared for by her. I know that all of the walkers at Pont K9 act with the same responsibility to the pets they care for. Booking walks and boarding is easy via an app and the company also regularly keep in touch with you this way. I can’t recommend this company enough for you pet care needs.

PontK9 has made a real difference in my dog's life and ours. Dee and the team are very professional and very supportive with any concerns, or advice needed to bring up a happy and well behaved dog. The photo updates are brilliant as you can see your dog having a great time on the group walk sessions. I totally recommend if you wish to socialise your dog with others. I have gained confidence as an owner and as a result we have a lovely, obedient, happy puppy. This we couldn't have done in a such short space of time on our own. The prices are very reasonable and for the quality of care your dog receives. Amazing service.

My dog has been walking with Emma P at Pont K9 for a few months now and she absolutely loves it. She gets so excited when she realises Emma is here to pick her up! Emma is prompt & you can tell how much my dog loves her, it's really lovely to see. Worth every penny to see how happy (and tired!) my dog is when she comes home. Her group walks with Emma P & the dogs really helped my pup to be more well mannered around other dogs. The daily pics I get from Emma are a lovely touch. I pay for an hour, but that hour starts when they get to the park, so she's often out longer than that. I wouldn't use another dog walking service now. The online app is very easy to use to book walks. Thanks guys 👍🏻

Our puppy rocco has been going to Pontk9 for a couple of months now, when my partner are I are in work and he absolutely loves it! As he’s a rescue pup, he wasn’t well socialised with other dogs, he didn’t know how to play properly and we could never take him off the lead... but ever since Pontk9, he has learnt so much! He now plays with other dogs and is absolutely fab off the lead! The staff at Pontk9 are amazing as well, they keep us up to date throughout the day, and they are just amazing with the dogs! Henry has been with PontK9 for over a year now and I can’t speak highly enough of them. He has his regular walker Emma (who he absolutely adores) but all the team who have looked after him have been amazing He comes back from day care tired, happy and raring to go the next morning. He has grown and developed so much - and I’ve really appreciated the time taken by the team to help with this. He is a much more confident pup and while we are still working on a few things, I’m so thrilled he is so happy. I work for the NHS and the past year has been unbelievably stressful. Just knowing Henry is up having fun and being so well looked after is a weight off my mind. I absolutely love the booking and invoice system it is so convenient and flexible. He’s even had overnight boarding and didn’t want to come home haha!! I always mention PontK9 to all the other new dog owners I meet - even from a socialisation point of view they are such a fantastic service. My dog goes to Ben 3-4 times a week and runs each morning to his front door as soon as we drop her off. He will regularly send us pup-dates during the day with photos of her walking in the forest or playing with other dogs! Whenever we needed to get in touch - the response has been very quick and professional. I cannot recommend PontK9 enough and always feel comfortable dropping my dog off with them for day care. Deehan was amazing getting me all set up and Lola (5 month pointer/lurcher puppy) booked in with Ben for day care. First meeting with Ben made me feel at ease. Lola took to ben straight away and settled right in within 5 minutes. Ben is very relaxed lovely to speak to. He sends me videos and pup updates throughout the day which I think is such a lovely touch. Lola has been for her second day care and runs to Ben wagging her tail. I would recommend PontK9 to anyone. I have booked further days with Ben and I know that Lola is looked after and having lots of fun with her new puppy friends. Over the past year, they've provided a completely reliable service - from initial puppy visits, to his daily lunchtime group walks, and occasional overnight boarding. Gareth, Katie and their dog Max cared for our young and extremely energetic working cocker spaniel for the day recently. It was our first experience of handing the dog to someone else to care for her and our first experience of day care. She also has some training needs (our fault)- she is not great on the lead and she jumps up. Despite this, our dog had the best day ever; we were sent photos regularly throughout the day and nothing seemed to phase her carers- Max is an amazingly tolerant dog! The day was organised swiftly and efficiently by Deehan, and Gareth and Katie were so kind to us and showed so much love and care for our dog. Last week was my first experience of dog boarding with Pont K9 . I was quite anxious as I had never left Rory on his own as our older dog passed away 3 months before . These guys are truly amazing. My 13 week old puppy took to the team from minute one because they are professional, caring, passionate & know what they are doing. Dyfi (my dog) has a dog walker (Emma) that comes twice or three times a week. Dyfi absolutely adores her. He has also done some day boarding which he thoroughly enjoyed - the team care, passionate about the dogs in their care & treat them as part of the family. I was really anxious to leave my puppy Rocky for a few nights but Dee and Ben couldn’t have been more patient and caring and understanding. They answered every question I had. They arranged a meet up before hand so myself and Rocky could get to know Ben and where Rocky would be staying. It was clear how much Ben loves dogs. He was so accommodating in following everything as per Rocky’s routine to be able to keep things less confusing for Rocky. He sent pictures and updates all the time and was honest about how Rocky’s day had gone which I really appreciated. He had a slightly upset first night as expected but every other night he slept through no bother. Rocky had a great time playing with other dogs that Ben had so it was like a little holiday for him too. I would not hesitate to use PontK9 again and have already booked Rocky back in for a day in September!

Our dog had become really reactive and aggressive towards other dogs after having been bitten by a dog last Summer. We had resorted to walking him on lead everyday as we were too afraid he was going to act aggressively towards another dog. Dee reassured me that he just needed to have fun with a pack of dogs and that he would start to understand that they were not out to hurt him. He's been walking regularly with pontk9 for a few weeks now and is a completely changed dog! He's back to his old playful self and can now walk off lead with no aggression and plays with dogs beautifully. It has changed our lives!

Darby goes to daycare and we also use K9 for overnight boarding too. All the staff are excellent and very clearly “doggy people” who literally treat him as their own. Even when staff are on holidays there is always cover arrangements which is brilliant as we work full time and need the consistency of cover. He literally cries with excitement when the girls collect him and is always flat out when I pick him from all the fun he’s had! We wouldn’t trust anybody else with our “fur baby”!
