We have been using this family run kennel for many years now, and could not be happier with the way our Labrador is cared for by this lovely family. He is so happy to see them when he gets there, and obviously has a wonderful time in one of the many runs they use to exercise and play with the dogs. I would not consider any other place to look after our pet.

Our two girls have stayed at Brightlingsea boarding kennels twice now and both times have been looked after just as we would look after them ourselves. We know they are safe, happy and in excellent hands when we leave them there. Their communication is superb too! We cannot recommend Brightlingsea boarding kennels enough.

We have two elderly Labradors who adore the love, care and attention they receive at Brightlingsea Kennels. Our two cats also visit for their holidays. We highly recommend this family run kennels and cattery. Knowing our ‘babies’ are happy and so well cared for means we can enjoy ourselves without any worries.

Such a lovely, caring family run kennels. My dog is diabetic but that is no problem here, they know how to look after her. They also take photos and will send you updates whilst you are away if you would like. Can thoroughly recommend them.

Won’t send our Border Terrier anywhere else. Ever! He can’t get out of the car quick enough to see the guys at Brightlingsea, and always is so happy and healthy on collection after plenty of running around in their lovely secure paddock. The kennels are warm and cosy in winter and they wash any supplied blankets when he leaves which is a nice touch. Also they are more than happy to accommodate raw fed dogs which is great. PLUS they take the most amazing photos 😍

Just amazing, this beautiful family are nothing about money they love dogs so much and it showed from the moment we met, our dogs skye huskymute and Bear the little rottweiler Stayed for 3 days and they even hand fed bear because he wasn't eating very nervous dog They came out smelling amazing groomed cleaned Thank you so much for caring for our dogs. We would never leave or dogs with anyone but you Amazing 👏 thanks again I highly recommen this kennel Its the best place for dog's ive ever seen

Took our German Shepherd here for her first (as far as we know as she is a rescue) short stay. She was very well looked after and seemed very happy. When you arrive at the kennels you cannot hear a lot of dog barking, suggesting the dogs are all happy. The owners were very caring and she Lacey is looking forward to her next stay in June. Thanks to looking after Lacey so well

Very friendly staff. Always great at accommodating for your dog needs. Only advice if you will use them is to book very well in advance. Love that they exercise the doggie and take very nice pictures of them.
