My sisters dog needed a hair do badly... due to bad health my sister could not get it done and he was staying with me. So I contacted Denise as she does my cats claws and know she is fantastic..... I was told he was a nervous dog at groomers and wont tolerate clippers etc.. Denise worked her magic and Winston looked fantastic and smelt wonderful.. thank you x

I took my Lhasa Apso Billie today for the first time. I was very pleased with everything that we experienced with his grooming. I have not seen him so handsome for a very long while. They were so caring which made Billie feel loved and with people who really looked after him so well. He came home happy and so did I. I would not hesitate to recommend anyone to take their dogs there.

Very pleased with my trip to Dee's today. It was puppy Hugo's first wash and groom and he looks amazing. I was asked what I would like and really listened to. Picked up some good advice about grooming and food as well. Dee is a winner of awards world wide and this certainly comes across. All the qualifications plus more, even enough to train other people. Very friendly and helpful , I definitely recommend and will be going back. Thank you Dee, nice to see a local independent company of this standard. I have been using Denise for many years for my poodle and she has trimmed him through various stages from his puppy coat to a show coat and now a very posh retired coat and I'm very happy with the trims he receives from Denise.
