We have been using Pickle and Co as our dog walkers for over a year now and we couldn't be more happy with the care they provide. Jenny and James love our dogs and all of the animals they look after like they are their own. They always update us with any issues or just some great photos or videos of what a lovely time our dogs are having. They go out of their way to fit in with our schedule wherever possible even at short notice. 100% would recommend them 👍👍

Pickle and Co, aka Jenny and Jamie, took outstanding care of our two dogs while we were on holiday. We felt really pleased that they were in safe, capable and caring hands. The one thing they need is to run, a lot! And that is exactly what they could do with Pickle and Co. We received daily updates and photos so we could see what fun they were having. We will definitely be asking Jenny if they can do more of the same when we go away next, and wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them to friends.

I highly recommend Pickle & Co. They came to our house to look after our cat & guinea pigs whilst we were away on holiday. Jenny is very professional and is good with animals. During our holiday we had an emergency situation (on Easter Sunday) but Jenny and her husband went out of their way and give up their own free time to make sure we didn't come home to a disaster and give us peace of mind. Jenny also did more than I would have expected from an animal sitter. The animals weren't just fed and watered, the cat was played with, the guinea pigs were cleaned out and we all enjoyed receiving the photos she sent of our animals whilst we were away. Absolutely a platinum service for you and your furry friends.

We adopted 2 senior cats who are nervous and react very badly to disruption. We used Pickle & Co Pet Care for our first time away to come into our home to visit twice a day for feeding, litter tray cleaning and general check. I didn't expect them to have much interaction with our nervous cats. Well, it was 100% a total success!! I felt so reassured and was receiving pics and videos of them regularly and our elderly ladies were not only relaxed and happy but fully interacting with them. Jenny and James are professional, reliable and total animal lovers and it shows. I could not ask for more and on our return we came back to two chilled and happy cats. Pickle and Co Pet Care ensured our cats and home were safe and secured and I would not hesitate to recommend them. We will certainly be using them again.

I moved to Colchester last year by myself, with a very active Border Collie and an incredibly busy work schedule. However, I was lucky enough to find Jenny and James, who have ensured that Ziggy is always taken care of. It's amazing to see how excited he gets when they arrive!! I feel totally at ease and know that he's in the safest possible hands with daily photo updates. He's also made a ton of friends and is really well socialised on a daily basis! I would highly recommend them!

Jenny and James are amazing! We like that they take the dogs to different areas with a lot of greenery. What sets them apart from other pet carers and dog walkers is they are very understanding and empathetic towards the animals they care for. We had just moved to Colchester and our dog (Michael) was a bit nervous about the change in routine. He went from a tucked tail on the first meeting to excitement every time the door knocks for his walk. We are very lucky to have them as a local business!

It's really scary leaving your dogs for the first time but ours couldn't have been in better hands with Jenny and James. We have 3 greyhounds, so they have slightly odd requirements but Jenny came round and we had a really good chat about what we needed and when. Then whilst I was away, we needed to change the requirements from feeds to walks and that was no problem either. I got lots of lovely pictures and updates and it was so fab to see the hounds being fussed over like they were their own. I can't praise Pickle and Co enough for being so amazing. Absolutely 100 percent recommend!

Jenny provides a home from home experience and I do not hesitate to recommend. Our 3 bunnies very quickly became attached to Jenny and the care she provided was fantastic. They became part of her gang swiftly and the regular updates Jenny sent assured us that all was well. To the extent I think they would of happily stayed! You can be very confident that your pet will receive the very best of care and attention.

Excellent and caring service. I would definitely 100% recommend Pickle & Co to anyone who needs their dog walked. It was lovely to meet Jenny prior to walking my dog to ensure she knew what my dog, Daisy, liked and how she reacted to other dogs when walking . She was professional but more importantly, a lovely person who was caring towards Daisy. As I was abroad she kept me updated on how Daisy was doing and sent me photos and videos which were great to see. To summarise "Brilliant service giving your dog the best of care!" If you are looking for a dog walker, go no further. Can't see how you can better Jenny.

Jenny is such a wonderful pet-carer! She looked after my bunnies, guineas and chickens whilst I was away for a long period. I got regular updates, and she gave them so much love. She even dealt with a death of a guinea (he was old, not her fault!) is such a kind and loving way, and she took special care of my fur babies in the heatwave. I can't highly recommend Jenny enough.

Jenny is a loveliest person to deal with and with whom I'm super happy to leave my fur-baby. She's very professional, entirely trustworthy and invoices are sent so we all know where we're at. She's also incredibly flexible and will endeavour to accommodate any last minute changes to look after my Teddy Bear. Another lovely thing is that she'll often ping over a pic or two of my boy walking with his pup-panions, so I know he's having a wonderful time while I'm at work... I had never ever left my dog Freddie (mini schnauzer) before and now at the age of 10, I worried, he might fret for us, but this was not the case. He had a great Staycation with Jenny, honest he told me so... He enjoyed beach walks, frequent forest walks, even lunch in Ingatestone. Everywhere Jenny went he accompanied her. There were lots of photos and video clips, to reassure me he was happy. I think, he would have stayed forever. Jenny took him into her home and made him part of her family. Jenny regularly walks our french bulldog Charlie (who can be a bit of a bully) with our toy yorkie Jessica. Jenny handles them both so well even though they're both so different and takes such great care of them; socialising them at the park and giving them lots of love and attention! She lets herself into our place to pick them up and drop them off and they're both always nice and clean and dry when I get back home! Jenny is a trusting and caring lady and Charlie, Jessica and I would definitely recommend Pickle & Co Pet Care!

Five star service. Coco our 6 month cockapoo loved being with Jenny. Jenny took Coco on lovely walks including the beach. Constant updates and photos of Coco of how she was enjoying her time with Jenny. I also liked the fact Jenny came and met Coco before her stay to find out all her. Pickle & co have been so helpful to me as a first time dog owner.
