The care and attention to detail is first class and it's nice to meet someone who is properly qualified and understands exactly what your dog needs. Took my labrador for a pre Christmas tidy. He doesn't go to the groomer often and the one on one experience was perfect. He was in a home not a parlour, he was freely running about and given time playing with toys and being allowed to get used to Nikki. Really pleased when I turned up to find him happily looking gorgeous and squeaking a toy! I could tell how he'd enjoyed it that's good enough for me. Recommended and deffinately worth going to.
