Hayley is a excellent dog groomer, she always has my dog since she was six month old puppy, Hayley always ask abs check what I wanted before a groom, my dog loves Hayley and always goes in and comes out happy! And she always smells gorgeous! With Hayley little extra touches like bows, portraits of your dog, themed ones and she made me a valentines card out of my dog’s paw print etc.. I won’t go anywhere else but Hayley’s I will always recommend!

I used Dog Grooming by Hayley for my rescue. Hayley was nothing but understanding, my dogs claws were long as her toes are high set and Hayley did an amazing job. She cared for my dog as if it was her own. I would not trust anyone else to pamper my pooch. Thank you Hayley Skye loves you and wants to know when she can come again.

All you have all proven, is the lengths this bad owner will go, to be spiteful and take no responsibility for the condition of her pet...instead of putting effort into a hate campaign, why won't this woman put the same effort into BRUSHING HER POOR DOG!! She needs reporting and having this poor animal taken from her. But I must say...what a supportive family you all are to this woman!!

This lady is outstanding!! My dog was extremely nervous but she was so patient with her and lived her time there!! Everything was perfect and the care my dog received was nothing she's experienced from any other groomer before. We definitely will not be going anywhere else. Thank you Hayley you're a superstar!

Couldn't be more impressed by Hayley- great communication and very understanding when I became a tricky customer with a billion and one questions! We had a bad experience at our previous groomers, which led to me putting off having Mabel done again. Unfortunately my avoidance to get her groomed meant my dog wasn't in a great state, and Hayley had quite the job on her hands to cut out the matted bits! She had to make Mabel a little more naked than ideal 🙈😆 but that was my fault, and she's done an excellent, even job on her. She was so good with a nervous doggie (and owner!) that I now have no worries about getting a groom again, and certainly won't let Mabel get to the state she was in again 😖 Hayley explained how important keeping up with grooming is for Mabel's welfare, and although I do feel guilty, I didn't feel at all judged. SO glad I found Hayley 😊

Hayley is an excellent dog groomer. I am upset to read the bad review - it really isn't true. I have a Cockapoo who is groomed by Hayley on a regular basis. She always does a great job and I have no hesitation in recommending her.

Hayley is currently uder attack from a group spearheaded by a disgruntled owner and does not deserve any of these false, negative reviews. Pictures of her work speak the truth, and she did an outstanding welfare groom on a very neglected coat. Perhaps the owner should be more concerned with taking care of the pet properly than hounding folk who have actually provided proper animal husbandry.

Hayley is a wonderful dog groomer who always takes the time to explain what she intends to do. She is loving and professional and is currently being spammed by the "friends" of one customer who has made an UNFOUNDED complaint. This is obvious when you look at the timing of each review! Absolutely disgusting that people who have never used her services are able to leave negative reviews in an attempt to ruin the business of someone who has worked so hard - shame on you!

Concerned and surprised to see poor & questionable reviews about Hayley. Completely opposite to my experiences of a professional, dedicated and GENUINE animal lover. Blaming the pandemic and how we have all had to live for a dogs dreadfully matted coat - seriously?! Better to all move on I think....

My rescue dog is extremely nervous, he hates the brush and gets freaked out by baths and any attempts to groom him. I brought him here out of desperation because he looked so bad. The groomer took her time and was so reassuring with him, he had to have quite a bit off but I'm following the tips she gave me to see if I can gently get him used to the brush. Thank you, Louis looks forward to his next pamper session!

This lady has always done an amazing job looking after my dog.. Unfortunately she is now under a vicious attack mobs by a bad dog owner who neglected their dog into a sorry cruel state and the dog groomer had to spend time correcting the neglect! If dog owners can't be responsible on looking after there dog don't have one simple! There is no excuse to not brushing your dog. Besides which there has been many places open recently to self wash your own dog. So its no excuse!

Hayley is amazing and I wouldn't go anywhere else. I trust her 100% with my dog as she is amazing with them, even the nervous ones. I wasn't sure how Piper would be at a groomers but she loves going to see Hayley and I always get to see lovely photos of her time there. Would certainly recommend.
