D. H.My cat stayed here in June 22. He is an anxious male cat so I always worry about him. However when I picked him up he was snugged up in the top part of his area and almost didn't want to come home. I was allowed to go in and catch him and felt confident that the high levels of cleanliness were how it is kept even when customers aren't picking up.
Definitely would book here again.
H. W.Staff were helpful and informative when I made my enquiry and were able to fit my cat in at very short notice. I was nervous leaving him as this was his first time in a cattery, Staff were very reassuring when I dropped him off and again when I telephoned to check on him two days later. He stayed for 6 days in total at a cost of £60 which I think is very reasonable. Since coming home he's eating and drinking fine and seems very content which shows he's been well cared for during his stay.

L. J.The kennels looks all nice on the outside and the little farm, but inside just seems dark loud and gloomy. I was so sad to be leaving my dog here after I’d seen it, but I had no choice. She did seem happy and well looked after when we came to collect her which I’m thrilled about, but since getting back she’s been soiling indoors which she hasnt done in years since she was a puppy.
The kennels are all indoors with no outdoor run, so the dogs are forced to go to the toilet indoors around where they sleep and eat so that must be why she’s now doing it. We’re back to basic house training now, it’s an alright place if you can’t find anywhere else and are short for money (£12 a day isn’t bad) but an outdoor run and some lighting in that place wouldn’t go a miss! Il definitely be using a home boarding service instead of this for her when we go away again the future.
