Sarah looked after our guinea pigs and chickens whilst we were away and provided an excellent service. All our pets were well cared for. She even put our bins out, watered our plants and sorted our mail whilst we were away. Would thoroughly recommend.

We have used Sarah many times to look after our two fussy Birman cats and numerous canaries. No easy task! The service she provides is absolutely fantastic, always going that extra mile to make sure all our pets are well looked after. She is in contact with us every day by text, sending photographs to put our minds at rest that all is well and she even waters my many plants. I cannot praise Sarah highly enough and would be lost without her as we are able to relax and enjoy our holiday knowing all our animals are in safe hands. Friendly, efficient, trustworthy and very professional. Thank you Sarah for all you do! 👍🏻🐱🐥x

Super reliable and completely trustworthy. The team have always taken great care of our cat. I’d say the best thing about the service is the communication. We always receive updates and photos on how our cat is doing while we’re away. Please ignore the 1 star reviews. They are clearly from trolls who have never used their service.

Sarah has looked after my cats on numerous occasions over the last few years. I can't recommend her enough. She is very professional and caring. I feel able to relax on holiday knowing my two boys are well looked after at home where they are happiest. The photos she send are a bonus that we look forward to receiving

Sarah has looked after our two cats several times now. She is professional, provides a quality service and is very reliable. One of our cats requires meds and can sometimes be a little ‘challenging’ in taking them!! Sarah handled this no problem. She kept us updated with how they were both doing and sent regular photo updates. We returned home to two relaxed, happy boys. I would recommend Washington Pet Services to anyone looking for outstanding service and animal welfare

Sarah is a very professional, well organised lady. I met Sarah as I required some assistance with my dog regarding her behaviour. The second she walked in the door, I knew I would love her. She makes you feel at ease. I contacted Sarah and I’ve never looked back. Sarah met myself and Daisy at a time that was appropriate to us. She catered the full session by getting to know Daisy and our concerns. Not only did she offer advice regarding Daisy’s behaviour but she also offered advice regarding Daisy’s health issues. I cannot fault Sarah one bit. She came out with us to walk Daisy and get to understand her behaviour. After the session, she sent me a very detailed report covering what we have discussed so there was no need for me to worry about missing any important information. Thank you again 😊

I don't know what I'd do without Sarah and Jade. My dogs absolutely love their walks, the kindness and the patience. They are brilliant at making sure my three greyhounds (who often have ailments or special requirements) are sorted. Brilliant service in every way.

Absolutely amazing service!! As a first time dog mom I was anxious about leaving my pup with a stranger couldn't have felt more at ease when I met Sarah. She made a visit to our home to meet my dog before walks started. She really got to know me and my dog and helped her to make friends with other dogs something I was nervous to do having no experience with dogs before. My dog now has multiple dog friends and I feel much more confident introducing her to new dogs on my own. She has a great time on her walks with her Aunty Sarah and her dog friends that she walks with her, which I get to see in the photos uploaded to the fb page. Nothing ever seems like a bother and she has kindly shared some her knowledge with me when I've had dog questions or troubles. Feel so lucky to have found such a lovely person who I can trust to take care of my fur baby.

We have had a few cat sitters over the years but no one has been quite like Sarah. My cat is very anti social when it comes to meeting new people but has clearly adored (Aunty) Sarah from day 1. She is kind, caring and always updates us with pictures of our cat while we are away. We wouldn't use anyone else and highly recommend her.

I’d never used a home pet service before so I was apprehensive. I needn’t have worried Sarah provided a professional yet friendly 1st class service and my 3 cats made an instant friend. I was kept updated daily when I was away , my children were over the moon with pictures videos and messages which allowed us to enjoy our holiday knowing our kitties were happy and settled. Sarah is super knowledgeable and she has a natural ability to connect with your pet. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this service again and still keep in touch with Sarah . Excellent pet service, couldn't ask for more. I have 2 cats and 4 rabbits and were quite nervous and dubious about leaving them for a short break as one of our cats is very shy and gets stressed with strangers. Washington pet services quickly put my mind at rest with pictures and regular updates of how my pets were doing and within a few days the cats were settled and relaxed knowing they were being cared for. Anyone looking for a top class service at reasonable rates, with expert knowledge should try Washington Pet Services. Thankyou again Sarah and Sharon. Highly recommended.

The advice Sarah gave me about my dog has been a life saver. I highly recommend her to anyone who feels that their dog has a behaviour problem as the tips she gave me and my rescue greyhound have made both me and the dog much happier and calmer. Layla hadn't had a very happy life before she came to me a few months ago. She is a very loving, sweet-natured dog but once she realised that she was very happy here, she wasn't keen to let me out of her sight. This led to destructive behaviour in the house when I left as well as her following me from room to room when I was at home. By the time I rang Sarah I was either having to take Layla everywhere with me or get a dog sitter in when I wanted to leave. It wasn't possible to go on like that and I desperately wanted to keep this dog. Sarah changed our lives! She was so thorough, kind and friendly and asked a long list of questions before she gave us her advice. She talked to us for a long time about what had gone wrong and within a very short time of leaving she had sent me written advice as well. It's all small steps and very, very logical. Although Sarah warned me that seperation anxiety can be hard to fix, I soon saw that if I followed her advice to the letter and didn't cheat it was working very quickly. We are now half way through Sarah's six-week plan and Layla has stopped following me around the house, voluntarily sleeps downstairs away from her upstairs bed and is getting used to me being out for short periods without any destructive behaviour. Sarah's plan is really working and I'm sure I have a happier dog. Sarah is affordable, knowledgable and obviously loves dogs as much as I do. If you have a problem with your dog I really suggest you get in touch. Catherine Mason

Sarah has been looking after our dog Archie for nearly a year. The care and attention she provides is first class. He is always well looked after and it is clear to see they get on so well. Sarah is very reliable and has never missed a days cover. Due to my work I have needed to change days at short notice and Sarah has always managed to fit Archie in which takes the worry away. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone!

Theses girls are fantastic, our puppy Remmy, (or Mr Rem Rems as they call him) love all the girls so I know he is in good hands. My step daughter and I work different shifts, but due to sickness at both of our work lately, we have had to change when the girls come to walk Remmy and they have been brilliant in accommodating the last minute changes. Would highly recommend xx seeing videos and photos of him having lots of fun is also lovely and a pace of mind for us xx 🐶🐾
