He always comes home happy and content and I know he has had a brilliant time. Vivienne has helped us out at very short notice on more than one occasion. I have absolutely no problem with the fact that she has access to our home and trust her implicitly with our beloved boy. I do not recognise the Vivienne that is described by another reviewer.
