I've been using Karen Pet buddies now for a month or so, I find karen and lovely and trustworthy person. They way she is with my dog is amazing, you can just tell she loves working with animals. Every day I get photos and short video clips so I can see how happy my dog is.. I cant reccomend this company highly enough.. many thanks David Waddell
