This is the best grooming place we’ve found - and we’ve tried a fair few! We have a wire hair fox terrier and have found it hard to find a place that grooms her according to her breed. We’ve always found that she’s cut like a schnauzer which makes her look really odd! But the ladies at Pawcasso cut her so perfectly and really bring out her fox terrier-ness! We’ve been a few times and will definitely be returning from now on. Thank you for making her look like a perfect little princess :-)

Amazing job on my wee pom Hugo I got him from a family member who couldn't take care of him and they said he had been to pawcasso before so I took Hugo along I was really worried about the way Hugo would react to getting the full groom but the staff said that he was fine and what a job they done amazing totally different wee dog loved it I will definitely be back again soon so well done to all the staff

Always happy with Pawcasso, they do a beautiful job on our lhasa apso! Also last time I was in a customer left his wallet on the desk and the lady ran out after him in the torrential rain to give it back - talk about first class customer service! XD

Tybalt loves his new haircut, he was incredibly content and happy on his return so I know he was treated so well. He wasn't trimmed too much, next time I'll get a little more taken off I think. He'll see you again in a couple of months.

Fantastic! We've just moved the dogs over from New Mexico so needed to find a groomer. They were so fast and took great care in cleaning him up for us. Excited that they're just down the street for us!

I brought my cat here to have his nails trimmed - we got him as an older cat and, as far as we know, he has never had his nails trimmed before. The staff were absolutely fantastic with him, they had it done in about 10 minutes. I could overhear them with him and they were incredibly kind and calming with him, shushing and soothing him as he yowled and hissed. I am so impressed with the service and the extremely low price, I would absolutely recommend this place and I will be bringing him back again.

I just wanted to say what a wonderful service Pawcasso provide. They really care about our pets, and that to me is exactly what matters. My French bulldog, Dobby, can be a bit anxious when it comes to getting his nails trimmed and facing the dreaded hairdryer. But I/he has just received a wonderful service and I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Also, being the festive season, his little harness was left with a Christmas bow and he got a little Christmas gift, which was such a special touch. We will definitely be going back. Just had my cat Murrin groomed today and I am so pleased with her ! The girls were so good with her ! She is not the easiest cat to groom but they have groomed her so well she looks like a kitten again ! I will most definitely be bringing her for a return appointment

First time using Pawcasso to have our very messy boy groomed. He was a proper wee scruff and now all handsome. He normally has anxiety after the groomers but seems fine. We need to take better care of him and brush him more. Great service and Toto will be back soon

Wonderful!! The lovely ladies here are so friendly and kind! I was really worried about my poor cat but she had to be groomed, she was all matted from being unwell. But a couple of hours later she was really as good as new and the staff clearly knew how to take care of a very elderly kitty cat. We cant thank you enough :) Helen & Stella

We took our British Long Haired Boy Ice Bear to Pawcasso yesterday for the first time. He is only 11months old and he has problems with sight therefore he listens to everything and has to sense what's coming next. We normally bath him at home and he is relatively calm however he is terrified of the hair dryer therefore after baths we need to keep the heating on full until he drys off. So we decided to take him to be professionally groomed but he seemed really tired when I eventually got him home perhaps from the panick he got himseld into but the ladies did say the placed Ice Bear in a drying cubical thing as he did not allow them blow dry him. The Shampoo, Cut and Set was done nicely but I did notice that Ice Bear has two remaining matts still under his right front leg and under chin which is why I took him in the first place as he had 3 small matts altogether. Having paid £48 I kind expected them to be entirely gone. Overall the girl was welcoming when we arrived with Ice Bear and very chatty polite but when I returned I felt rushed out the door and didn't get the chance property ask how Ice Bear coped. I was worried the whole time he was away from us and My Bengal girls were crying there faces off when he was away for that reason I don't think I will be back having paid that amount I'd expect to be informed abit more of how my cat was doing throughout the whole process and not rushed out the door. It wasn't a bad experience but I did expect a little more as he is my fur baby after all.

I bring my Persian cat, Amber, here every 6 weeks for a brush out. Cindy is amazing with her and she is a very timid little girl but never a problem when I hand her over. I've previously had serious issues with other groomers being so rough with her that she has been distressed and shaking when I get her back, obviously I never returned to them, but I can honestly state I've never had any problems and I have a relaxed and happy cat when I pick her up. Already recommended this groomers to other people both cat and dog owners and will continue to do so.

Been coming here for years to get dreadlocks removed from our cat. She has a plate in her leg which would be painful for her if she were mishandled. However the staff at Pawcasso are always very considerate of her. She is always very content afterwards. Cindy does a great job removing the matted hair. The price is very good value for the service provided.

On Tuesday we took our dog, Molly, for a bath and nail clip. I was asked if there was anything they needed to know and as she had been before and on that occasion seemed quite happy, I didn’t think to mention that actually she hates being bathed! So when I received the phone call to collect her an hour later as she wasn’t “enjoying it” I felt guilty at having not mentioned her bath-time phobia and also wondered what sort of bedraggled state she would be in. I needn’t have worried. The lady who brought her to me was so nice about her and also Molly was super shiny and smelt lovely. And what’s more when I asked if they would be willing to take her next time, they agreed and even told me the best time to book her in so that she’ll be in a calmer setting. Thank you Pawcasso. Looking forward to our next visit - well not sure about Molly!

I highly recommend Pawcasso! Both Cindy and Claire were so friendly and professional. I have an Australian Labradoodle that are sometimes not the easiest to Groom. Cindy did a fantastic job, exactly what we wanted. Thank you, we will be back!

Lovely Staff good service. Took my 10 month old king charles spaniel here for The first time. He came out looking like a new dog with a lovely cut. Dexter was obviously very happy as he can be a little growly with strangers. We will be going back.

Excellent customer service, easy to book and always accommodate in with my busy schedule. The groomers at Pawcasso are so good with my “full on” working cocker spaniel Fudge and understand her and that standing still isn’t her thing!

We (well my partner) decided to give this place a try. Were booked in for this afternoon but had to cancel this morning so can't state to their performance and skills but can testify to their fabulous customer service and common sense. Our dog had the unfortunate misfortune to be terminally ill and ultimately was put to sleep this afternoon. Policy states need to give 24+ hours notice of cancellation or your liable for fees which is understandable as end day it is a business looking to make profit and with little to no notice they will find difficult to replace that lost revenue. We were happy to adhere to policy and offered a few times but they refused our offers immediately and choose compassion over profit. This alone would have me instantly call them for next grooming appointment before remotely consider elsewhere but the perfect touch by Pawcasso was the call back minutes later from owner to offer condolences. Thank you deeply for your thoughts and wishes in our difficult moment. We will drop by to extend our appreciation in person tomorrow.

This is a 5 star parlour , the staff are so welcoming and my little shitzu leaves looking like a princess. Mitzi has never got such an even soft cut anywhere else. We travel over from Bishopton to get the best for my hairy baby. Thank you.

I have been taking my four year old labrador to Pawcasso since he was a puppy. Torrish is pretty fit and fairly boisterous but he thoroughly enjoys his visits to Pawcasso. I have never had any problems. Morag and her team are fantastic and give an efficient and reliable service and are highly recommended by myself but more particularly by Torrish. He has even come to terms with the post-grooming ribbon on his collar as long as it's not pink!
