A. R.Love Catherine’s work , patience and unflappability. My dog Darcey had I had a negative experience at my last groomers and Catherine totally put my mind at ease. Even with a somewhat ‘difficult ‘ small furry client she is so patient and definitely a bonus having her come to us.
P. R.Recently had Catherine groom my Westie Hamish. Was so impressed with her knowledge and professional manner. Hamish is an anxious dog at times, however Catherine was so natural with him and gave him the best cut and groom with no distress. It was great getting everything done from home. Would highly recommend Catherine to anyone who has had a bad experience in the past with dog groomers as I have she really does a fab job. Thanks.
F.Catherine is an extremely profession dog groomer. Buddy had very recently had a bad experience with the vet and the dog had been traumatised (as was I). Catherine calmed him down and Buddy was well won over. He trusted her so much. His coat was in a poor state with many tufts. Catherine removed everyone of them and created a beautiful happy wee dog. Although Buddy isn’t ours, I would love Catherine to tend him regularly. Catherine brings her own table and works in the house - in our case is was a good day and she worked in the garden. I can highly recommend Catherine, my only reservation is in recommending her so highly, I may not be able to get an appointment. Thank you, Catherine, for the wonderful experience you gave to Buddy and to us.
P. P.Our 8 month old pup got her first cut today. She was dealt with in a professional and positive manner and kept her calm (which being a cocker spaniel is quite hard!) but her cut turned out fabulous. She was scared of the clippers at her ears so positive reward based enforcement with her and managed to trim her ears with scissors and the finished look is brilliant. She is set for the Summer now and I am absolutely delighted with not only the service, but the attitude and knowledge of dog training and positive reinforcement and of course, the cost! Best price we found in our local area so much so Urban Groomz travelled to our area and we cannot fault the service and have already booked our dog Skye in for three months time! It took us ages and loads of phone calls to find someone we could trust and I am glad I went with my gut feeling about Urban Groomz and will now never use anyone else. If you are worried about your pup or leaving your dog with someone then please use Urban Groomz!
