Just moved to Hereford and it was really important to me to straight away sign up with a boot camp group and I know I have made the right choice with Bulldog Fitness. The days and times the sessions run are ideal for me especially the 8.30am one on a Saturday, great way to start the weekend. There is always lots of variety so you know that every muscle is getting worked. It is always well planned and no matter the size of the group you feel that you have had a great work out. Fabulous instructors and a really nice group of people. I have been doing boot camp for a while now so I know what to expect but for people who may feel intimated or nervous about going to one…..don’t. Everyone works at their own pace and this group are really welcoming.

I have attended Rob’s bootcamp for a couple of months and I love it. The encouragement not just from Rob himself but others who attend is great. Regardless of your ability and stage of fitness, Rob is there to encourage and support every step of the way. He has given me the confidence that not only can I do it but pushes me to push myself further.

Been going to boot camp for a few weeks and really enjoying it. Started with the 10 sessions for £10 and have joined up to this regularly. Great sessions that are hard work but in a enjoyable atmosphere! Would encourage anyone to give it a go! Rob puts on some great sessions that never get repetitive or boring either designed to push you.

Bootcamp is an amazing group of people training outdoors. As a coach Rob motivates and encourages you to push yourself and every session is different. I am now 6 weeks into a 12 week PT programme with Rob. I was nervous about PT having never experienced it but Rob tailors each session to the individual and encourages to push yourself. In just 6 weeks seeing huge improvements in my fitness, health and mental well-being that I wish I had found Bulldog Fitness sooner.

Great way to get fit and meet new people and get out in the fresh air. Not tied to a machine in an air-conditioned gym surrounded by mirrors and TVs. Everyone can work to their own level. Coach Rob always gets the best out of you, no matter what your level of fitness is. Everyone is full of encouragement and very friendly. Come and give it a go!

Rob Renner is a motivator and a fantastic trainer. He knows how to get the best from you, without being over bearing or too much. I joined bootcamp been almost 10months now. The members feel like family (different age groups-now even kids) Rob is a great coach. He kept me motivated throughout. I managed to keep fit. The exercises are varied. Lots of times we get nice surprises like boxing, doing squats and burpees on songs. The sessions being outdoor, I found it even more appealing, great for a cut off from the daily routine -nothing better than fresh air! I would recommend bootcamp to anyone wishing to keep fit and looking for a healthy lifestyle.

We asked Rob to create a remote training plan for us, which he has done using the TrueCoach app to fit our circumstances. We have not tried personal training before, and having someone knowledgeable setting goals and monitoring progress really worked for us. We can't recommend Rob highly enough and would not have achieved the results we have on our own.

My personal circumstances changed suddenly and I had to travel aboard for an extended period of time. Not wanting to give up on a badly needed post-lockdown fitness drive, I approached Rob to see how he could support me. He tailored a programme which kept me going and focused using kit which was available to me. For anyone with an itinerant lifestyle, travelling for work or family, this is a brilliant way to stay focused on your fitness regime. Bulldog fitness is by far the most complete fitness programme there is, coach Rob is completely committed to helping you achieve your fitness goals, his training sessions are always challenging, rewarding and completely tailored to your goals, the nutrition advice is unbelievable and so important, no stone is left unturned, I am a level 2 boxing coach so know my stuff when it comes to fitness but this is on another planet, cannot recommend highly enough.

Bulldog fitness is excellent from the start of programming and nutrition it was just what I needed, Rob is very professional and checked in on me on a regular basis this ensured I stuck to my plan and encouraged me to persevere what I felt disheartened he would encourage me to continue on plan, I have lost a total of 10.8 kg in 3 months this is a huge achievement for me, the programme was not over complicated but detailed enough to ensure I was on the right track to hit my goals, I would highty reccomend
