We have 2 Frenchies abd a Border Terrorist. All have been groomed here. Service is really efficient and the staff very upbeat, friendly and professional. Our Border, Gertie requires hand stripping and at Dogoholics they can do this specialist grooming really well. Gertie really loves her visits and comes out looking like a sleek, tidy girl. Definitely recommend.

As you can see from these photos the difference in cuts. The first one was done by another groomers and the second one by Lucy. When we initially took Elliot to the first groomers we found after a couple of times he was scared to go in. The groom only took an hour but us been new to owning a dog thought this was ok. When we went to pick Elliot up one day we looked through the window to find Elliot in a muzzle. Elliot has never been aggressive! When we got him home we noticed blood on his fur, he had been cut by the scissors under his armpit. Thank god we found Lucy. Lucy introduced our boy to scissors very slowly and patiently. Elliot would just go for an hour have a bath and get used to been around all the equipment. We have used Lucy for a number of years and would never use anyone else. Elliot loves her and so do we.

I studied my level 3 dog grooming qualifications with Lucy and her team at Dogoholics. I’ve felt nothing but supported and welcomed since my first day and all the dogs receive the highest standards of care whilst in the salon. Whether you’re looking for a place to train or have you’re pet groomed, I would go highly recommend Dogoholics.

I took Reggie for a good cut and general pamper at Dogoholics today. Lucy and Charlotte made him feel welcome as always but more so today as due to recently being diagnosed with diabetes Reg went blind in a matter of days as a complication of the condition. As you can imagine losing his sight has been a massive shock to him and so far I have avoided taking him for a full groom with the girls. However I needn't have worried as I was invited to stay with him and this made it a lot less stressful experience for us both. He is now a whole lot more comfortable in this hot summer weather. I would definitely recommend this pooch pamper palace!

Used dogoholics Hull since my dog was a puppy. The staff are always friendly and helpful. My dog is always excited when we are walking towards the shop. He always looks happy, clean and fresh when I pick him up. Prices are very fair for the service provided.

My first visit to dogoholics and I was impressed. Friendly on the telephone when I called first and very friendly, pleasant and accommodating when I was in the shop. So good with my dog who the groomer knew instantly that she didn't want to be there. A very busy environment but nothing was to much trouble and it's open plan so you do see the other dogs in the shop and how much they are looked after and cared for. I would definitely visit again (much to my dogs disappointment) and certainly recommend to family and friends.

My 12 year old lab went in for his first ever pamper session . Lucy and co did an amazing job and he came home looking, feeling and smelling absolutely amazing. He thoroughly enjoyed himself and two weeks later his coat is still as soft. I would definitely recommend Dogoholics to anyone with a pooch.

Dogoholics is fantastic at specialising in dogs who are nervous of being groomed, they take the time and patience to ensure the experience is as stress-free as possible for your dog. They also offer workshops where you can learn to groom your own dog, which I think is an amazing idea!

Cannot recommend Lucy & Charlotte enough! I’ve been doing my training at Dogoholics for about a month and a half and already I’ve learnt more than I could of imagined! The salon is such a lovely environment to be and both of the girls are so friendly and so patient. Lucy has put so much faith in me and without that I wouldn’t have even half of the confidence she’s given me without her support. I’ve also had my dog groomed at the salon and he had a great experience. Best possible place to learn and to get your doggo groomed! I’m dreading my training to finish because I love it here!
