We used Amanda’s Ark to care for our chocolate lab Pepper and chaperone her to our wedding, including overnight boarding. I was anxious at first as we hadn’t used a dog sitter before, but once I saw Amanda interacting with Pepper, I felt at ease. Amanda did an excellent job of taking care of Pepper including relaxing her for photos on the day. Our dog had the best time going for long walks and I would happily use Amanda again in the future. Would thoroughly recommend. Thanks Amanda.

From the first time we met Amanda at a wedding open day hosted by Milsoms Weddings, we just knew she would be the perfect fit to look after our French Bulldog Tommy on our wedding day. Tommy is a huge part of our lives and once we booked our wedding, we dreamed of having him share the day with us. We just couldn’t envisage our day without him there but we knew this dream could only be a reality if we found a wedding dog chaperone who’d look after and bring Tommy along. Knowing that Amanda was available on our date, it was a no brainer that we were going to choose her. She just came across so kind yet professional but most of all, the way she spoke about her job - it was clear it was a passion of hers. For that, we knew Tommy would be in good hands. Tommy had an overnight stay with Amanda a few months ahead of our day so that they could bond and this just proved to me how she always puts the dogs first. Amanda kept in contact, letting us know how Tommy was getting on and this really put us at ease. For the wedding day itself, Amanda had him from the morning before through to the day after. On the day itself, nothing was too much for Amanda. She kept Tommy entertained yet calm and that’s all we could’ve asked for. She was there when you needed Tommy in certain shots but not intrusive. She even managed to find a safety pin for a wedding guest when that wasn’t even part of her job! Overall Tommy had a wonderful time and we still pinch ourselves that Tommy came to our wedding! We’ve got such wonderful memories to look back on with him being included in lots of photos and that was only made possible because of Amanda. If you’re thinking of booking a dog wedding chaperone - look no further than Amanda. You won’t regret it! She was worth every penny and more!

This is the first time we've used Amanda's Ark, and we'd be very happy to use this service again. Our Yorkie, Bailey was being looked after by Amanda while we went to our nephew's wedding. Bailey was very well cared for we had a text to say how well he'd settled in. If we are up Ipswich way again we certainly wouldn't hesitate to leave Bailey with Amanda. She was wonderful with him when she came to pick him up which put our minds at rest. Highly recommended.

My dog always loves going to stay at Amanda's Ark. It's such a friendly and great alternative to kennels as she's a very sociable dog. A great service that I'd highly recommend!
