We cannot recommend Zoe highly enough! We contacted Zoe early in 2020 for online 1-2-1 sessions to help us with our new ESS puppy. Our pup was a highly strung, touch sensitive, persistent little land shark who would not nap, and we were sad that he could not share a room with our 6 year old daughter. Zoe helped us find his 'off-button', gave us focus for our training and most importantly, gave us the motivation to continue when we were ready to give up. Zoe's relentless positivity and optimism meant we put the necessary work in at the beginning which has helped us prepare for adolescence. We now have a 13 month old dog who is becoming a member of the family that our daughter loves. Thanks again Zoe!

I highly recommend Best Behaviour Dog Training. We started puppy classes with Jen when Vinny was 15 weeks old and we have both learnt so much over the last 3 months. He is now much improved around other dogs, walking on a lead well and learning lots of new tricks! It is clear how much Jen and Zoe care about all the dogs. I mentioned to Jen that I was concerned with Vinny suffering with separation anxiety. She set up a 1:1 with Zoe and the advice and plan given is definitely working. There is always another class to try so imagine we will be attending for a long time to come! Thanks to all the team.

Attended our first class yesterday. I was amazed at what I could teach my puppy in just one hour. I’m so impressed with the training and the instructors. Very encouraging, well explained and teaches things you wouldn’t even think of teaching yourself. I have been training at home until now, but I attended a class and have also signed up to their online training too. Which is equally as good. I think we have found somewhere that really does offer the full package for my puppy. Really looking forward to week 2, such a great place and I would definitely recommend so far. I will also add I don’t normally do reviews, but felt I wanted to for this company.

After reading all the news about shock collars, I knew I had to find a trainer carefully. We made a great choice with Best Behaviour and our puppy is doing really well. What we really liked about the training is that everything is done with the dogs welfare at the forefront. We went along thinking we would do 6 weeks training, but are now 20+ weeks in and still learning new things to train our dog to do. The training is really positive and we are learning things we didn’t even know we should be teaching our puppy. We really like how all the training is based around giving puppies life skills and being well trained, rather than just having to nag the puppy all the time. It’s made us realise how badly trained our last dogs were!! We recommend Zoe to anyone who wants a positively trained happy puppy.

We attended the puppy and dog training with Milo and it was excellent. After just a few weeks Milo was more controllable, better mannered and soon became a pleasure to live with. No more biting, no more jumping up. We really cannot recommend these classes highly enough.

Puppy training with a twist, not the boring sit and stay type training. This is much more. Not only does your puppy learn all the things you expect from a puppy class, but you are also taught how to understand your puppies needs and how to deal with them. These classes have changed everything for our family, in such a great way. If you want proper training that really goes beyond the norm this is for you. The care and understanding Zoe and her team have of dogs is beyond what you can ever imagine. Zoe takes the saying a dog is a member of your family to a new level and I’ve never met anyone I admire so much for the work she puts in to improve lives for the dogs and owners attending. This review simply is not enough we are so grateful.

We were a bit aprehensive about going to a puppy class, as we had done quite a bit of training at home, but thought our puppy needed some professional help. We searched all over for classes and found Best Behaviour which is an hour and half round trip for us. We thought as Best Behaviour train at the Blue Cross they must be good, and we were right! The classes were really good, we could not believe how much we learnt each week, and all the things we never knew you could train a dog to do. The best thing about the puppy classes are the fact that Zoe tries to train lots of exercises to prevent problems when the puppies are adults. Everything is well taught and thought through and we feel like we have got to know our puppy on a whole new level. Even now we have finished our classes we keep in touch and post regular updates on the Best Behaviour VIP group. We really enjoy all the help Zoe gives and still enjoy our training at home.

I took my 7 month old Rescue to Zoe’s classes, and was apprehensive about whether he would cope and enjoy it. I needn’t have worried, quite the opppsite. Not only were we welcomed and put at ease, the training is superb and we both love it. We are learning new things all the time and enjoying learning to have so much fun together in a massively supportive environment.

Zoe is a brilliant trainer and behaviourist. She works hard to keep her knowledge fresh and up to date. Zoe has given me ooddles of support and advice since bringing my pup home. Everything she teaches is compassionate and humane, with no pressure on the dog. Her classes are brilliant, you have the flexibility to book what dates you want, fits so well with a busy family/work schedule. They are also constructive and different each week. Not only all of this but Zoe offers fun activities to do. I can't wait for the tracking course I have booked on to! A really fresh and modern dog training company. Check it out :)

My fiance and I attended the puppy and dog training classes in Ipswich. They were way beyond our expectations for a training class. We thought it would be boring and we wouldn’t learn much, but how WRONG were we. Zoe teaches real life skills and her approach to training is completely different and very refreshing compared to other classes we have been to. Zoe not only trains our dogs, but teaches us how to understand our dogs better. We recommend these classes to all our friends.

Excellent puppy training classes held at the Blue Cross in Ipswich. The puppy classes teach things you would never think of training yourself, but have so many every day uses. We speak with Zoe every week and admire the work and effort she puts into giving us our training for our puppy. Zoe and her team are brilliant with people and their dogs, and I love the fact all dogs are rewarded and no one is allowed to pull at leads. A real breath of fresh air for dogs and owners.

We tried Zoe's training classes following a recommendation from a friend. We were sceptical about doing classes as we felt we had enough knowledge to train Betty. We were wrong!! Zoe showed us completely new things to train. All of the exercises were broken down so they were easy to understand and every week Zoe made time for all the dogs and owners to ask questions and help them with everything they needed. We really enjoyed the first set of classes and have decided to book another 10.

We have attended 3 classes and rate this training very highly. The training is interesting, not what you expect in a good way and really makes sense. You would never think of things like this without proper classes. My puppy is 7 months and I thought she knew what we needed but I couldn’t have been more wrong. The thing that makes this training stand head and shoulders above other good ones we have been to is the variation, and explanations so we can understand everything from the dog’s perspective.

Five star review for 5 star training. Been joining Zoe's training courses for 2 years now and if I didn't continue to go my dogs would never forgive me, they love and so do I. To see the dogs so happy and enjoying learning in such a relaxed atmosphere is just a joyful experience we have learnt so much together, Zoe certainly knows her stuff and encourages us all in a fun filled way you actually forget your training it's just all very natural. We called Zoe when our two dogs were constantly fighting each other. We spoke to a vet first to be told we would never get our dogs to live together again. Devastated by this I thought I wanted one last try. I’m glad we did. Zoe was calm and kind throughout, and spent a lot of time explaining everything we needed to do. It was quite hard at first, but Zoe gave so much reassurance and kept us motivated and on track with our plan. 7 months on, our dogs are best of friends. Better than ever before. If you have a dog with a problem we would recommend, as it was worth every penny and the time we put in.

Impressive training, nice people and brilliant results. More than I anticipated when I signed up for puppy classes, and like they say, you don't know what you don't know!! After having dogs for over 20years I didn't think there was much I didn't know until I met Zoe at her classes. We attended with our puppy Pippa. Pippa was getting a bit of a handful play biting, snapping at our clothes and we didn’t know what to do. At times we felt a bit out of our depth as first time dog owners. We had lots of help and support from Zoe and her team throughout. We have only been to two classes so far, but we can’t believe how good they are. We thought we would go and learn sit, and down. Took both my German shepherd puppies to puppy class, then to the activities classes. The training was completely different to what I had done in the past with my old dogs. Every week was different and both dogs were looked after really well as they learnt at different speeds. Highly recommend to any dog owner.

Totally not what I expected, but way surpassed all my expectations. Just brilliant in every way. I don’t think I’ve ever been to training that’s so well thought out. Properly explained and trained by people who clearly know what they are talking about and doing. We are taught things I would never think of teaching my dog. It’s much more than just training, it’s life skills for dogs. Everything we have learnt works in every day real life. I really can’t praise this training enough, it’s excellent in every way. 5 stars isn’t enough to do it justice.
