I was nervous about finding a good kennel for my dog who is a retired police dog, due to his work he can be challenging and has to be handled a certain way, the staff were brilliant with him. Treated him with respect and seemed to really enjoy having him. Will definitely use again and recommend

Lovely family run kennels, been taking our dogs here for years. Took our new puppy there for the first time last week and she loved it and they took lots of photos to show us already booked her next stay in December.

Our woofa loves his holidays with these lovely people. They make him feel calm and loved. They make a fuss of him in his arrival and his departure, with a full update of how he has been etc. Highly recommend

I have two Tibetan Mastiffs, they are always looked after beautifully, and love staying at Bourne Hill. The staff go out of their way to meet their needs and have fun with them both. I would never take them anywhere else. Thanks for all your hard work.

Everyone here is great with the animals. Our dogs seem to love it and always seem bright and happy when we collect them, which we are always very happy with. The staff are great and always take time to talk through how our dogs are when we arrive and then give us details of how things have been during the dogs stay. Would definitely recommend.

I boarded my beloved elderly cats here for a few days in August. Staff were friendly and reassuring, conscientious about checking their vaccinations and asking about the cats' eating requirements. One cat is long haired and they were happy to help with giving him a brush every day. Cats happy clean and well-fed when I picked them up. I would certainly take them back here.

I have taken my dog Lola to Bourne kennels in the past and she was always well cared for and very happy. I I haven’t needed to take her for a while so was slightly apprehensive when I took her this week. There was absolutely nothing to worry about, Lola happily trotted off with the girls and seems to have had a wonderful time. We took her favourite food and asked if she could be given her vitamin tablets each day - nothing was too much trouble. The staff are really caring and very friendly. Lola will definitely be visiting again.

Perfect. Took my dog on a Monday she was excited to get in there for her 3rd stay. Rebecca is a dog lover herself so I never doubt the care for my dog. I picked her up on Friday and as always came back very happy and smelling lovely. Very polite and enthusiastic staff. Thanks

My dogs love staying here... Staff are so friendly and extremely accommodating. The kennels are clean with perfect grounds for them to get plenty of exercise. Abit embarrassing when I have to drag them away... Thankyou Bourne Hill Kennels.

We were anxious about leaving our two boxer cross staff's following a bad experience elsewhere. The staff were exstremely reassuring and we can tell that when we picked them up after 8 days they had been well looked after. They came home happy. We would definitely use Bourne kennels again!

I would not use anywhere else! They are so helpful and friendly and they take such good care of my big man! They always tell us what he's been up to when we come and collect him and Coba always seems so excited to see them all. They even recognised Coba when we were out and about and at this point had only stayed with them a couple of times. Can't sing their praises enough!

Was v nervous dropping Evie at kennels for the first time, and she was understandably anxious at being left. But, picking her up she had obviously binded with the people there and had a lovely stay. Will definitely be using again.
