Well what can I say - this place is unbelievably fantastic - our 2 dogs Toby & Jess have been going for a year & a half & have loved every minute of it. I think they get withdrawal symptoms if they don't go for a few days! The staff there are amazing - they know the individual dogs & appreciate their individual needs & accommodate accordingly. The days are structured & dogs get free play, rest , agility excercises & mind games. They have weekly themes which look great fun. Finally, they always post hundreds of photos every Sunday to show what the pooches get up to in the previous week & boy do they look like they have soooo much fun🐕

Sets the bar very high. I doubt I will find it bettered. I had been working in the area temporarily and my pup joined Needham in the mornings. First, the management and staff are just wonderful, and the team spirit is excellent. They clearly are very experienced, and have long-established routines, structures and facilities that work, as well as great knowledge of the various breeds, and, they really care! My dog was so happy to arrive and had to be bribed with food so she would leave. I sought and received first rate advice on my pup's training and development, and she leapt up the curve of effective socialisation. But most of all, I felt completely confident she was safe and happy in their hands. What a marvellous service!

We have a very energetic Puggle who we needed looking after every other week and when we go away, as hes so energetic and playful we were quite worried he wouldn't fit in anywhere, oh were we wrong! The daycare love him, all the staff are lovely, he loves it and runs in without looking back, hes paired with other dogs on his energy level so there is no worry about older dogs not liking the attention and we love seeing all the pictures the center post! Would easily recommend!

Jake aka Tank loves his time spent at the Creche, he goes in wagging his tail and when he's picked up the tail is still wagging. The Creche is very accommodating to each dog and owners requests. The staff are very attentive and highly trained.

Excellent for dog or puppy socialising. Lots for them to do and be entertained by the lovely staff there. To top it also an amazing Groomer onsite to pamper your dog Chelsea Newland. Lili loves it here .

Julie and her team are wonderful. They treat our little dog, Bambi, as though he were their own. Bambi has become more confident around dogs and people since he started going to the crèche and the amount of attention, affection, care and consideration given to all the dogs is amazing. Bambi squeals with excitement in the car when we arrive two mornings a week, and comes home tired out and happy. To leave our little Bambi safely for a couple of mornings a week has been a lifesaver for our sanity and our working life - I cannot recommend the entire team highly enough. If your dog is lucky enough to be accepted for a space in this Crèche they are one of the luckiest dogs in Suffolk!

The crèche is absolutely fantastic, I was so happy to see that they had opened one in Needham Market as it’s so handy to get to! My pup Albie literally loves this place and whilst he is still a very excitable young doggy, we have noticed a change in his behavior since coming here – he plays so nicely with other dogs and has a lovely well-rounded character which I’m sure his attendance at the crèche has played a part in. Arrin and Julie are both amazing with the dogs (an owners) and I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommended the Needham Canine Creche to any dog owner.

Where do I start! We found this place after being recommended by our neighbour and we were certainly not disappointed, staff are so friendly and genuinely care. They remember all the pets and owners names by heart. More importantly my dog can't wait to go, we put his collar on and he knows what it means and he's by the door waiting to go, best review possible. They play games with them all day she he is utterly worn out even with a half day there! Could not recommend enough!

The best doggy daycare in Suffolk! Our boys absolutely love it here. They are so well looked after, and come home exhausted! The money is for more than dog minding, it is an investment in our dogs happiness and social education. Highly recommend

I brought my pup Azora in today for her assessment. She is a 5 month old german shepherd cross bucovina shepherd rescue. She has had a rough beginning and therefore can be very timid. Done a lot of work with her for the 8 weeks I've had her so far and felt she was ready for this next stage in her socialisation. I couldn't have ask for a better place to bring her. As soon as azors walked in the staff greeted her so kindly. Most people tower over her and pet her on top of her head which makes her very nervous but they all knelt down, waited for her to approach and pet her under her chin. She instantly felt much more comfortable and loved being able to meet so many different dogs. She is especially afraid of men, so the owner asked one of the men to come out and just see how she would react. I was so pleased that yet again he gave her space and allowed her to sniff him etc. I am so looking forward to bringing her for a half day next week. I know she will have an incredible time! So glad I have found somewhere i feel I can fully trust that my baby will be cared for properly and where the staff actually have a good level of understanding of dogs behaviour! I was also so impressed by how much potential they saw in her. Most of the people I have spoken to always focus on the negatives of having a nervous rescue. Not this place! They were excited to see her come out of her shell and be able to work with her and help her become more independent from me. Honestly couldn't recommend them enough!!!!

I took our puppy to Needham Canine Creche for the first time this morning and I can't speak highly enough of it. Julie and other staff were there ready to welcome us as we arrived, and they all greeted her as if she was their long lost pup. I felt totally confident as I drove away that she was in safe hands, and when I returned, I watched the staff and the dogs interacting in the play environment for a while and it was wonderful to see. I can't wait for Ruby to become a regular with them. Thank you for making us so welcome Julie and making the process so straightforward.

My dog attends creche each week he absolutely loves it. From the moment I called up and enquired about it to going to view it and attending each week my self and my dog have been made to feel so welcome always greeted with happy staff. They really get to know people and their dogs as individuals they sometimes run themed weeks with different activities for the dogs to try something they wouldn't necessarily get to do at home. My boy gets so excited when we turn up and leaves tired but very happy. I highly recommend creche and will continue to do so !

Since the first day that Needham Canine Creche opened its doors our Scotties Olive and Arthur have been their number one fans. They love going there and playing with their pals at this amazing place. There is always so much going on and at the end of the day,I have two very contented but tired dogs. I am very particular about where I leave my dogs, I would NEVER put them in a kennels for example but I am more than happy to leave them with the girls who are wonderful and the dogs love them. Highly recommended and I wish them lots and lots of luck.

I have no hesitation in highly recommending Needham Canine Crèche! The staff are such genuine people, completely nutty about all dogs and their passion for the service they provide is both reassurin and inspirational. My puppy gets crazy excited every time we go through their door, then returns very happy, content and warn out from playing with the fabulous variety of stimulating play equipment, other dogs and staff. Seeing photos of her visit (uploaded via their Facebook page each Sunday), having fun and socialising with other dogs, is a lovely keep sake for us too. Well done guys, keep up the good work!

Our dog would rather be here than at home. He loves Crèche so much that he cries all the way there and when he gets home he is so exhausted he sleeps straight through until morning having spent all day playing with friends, dressing up, being read stories and all sorts. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

The most wonderful doggie crèche, my girls can’t wait to get here. It’s clean, safe, professional with staff who are so caring I feel incredibly happy leaving my dogs here. Needham Canine Creche is amazing run by some very special people. Not only do they look after and treat my dog as it she was their own but they have done wonders for her health as well. If I need to change a day they will do it. Misty absolutely adores coming and it gives me peace of mind that she is in a place where she is loved and cared for and she has made some life long furmates. Would I recommend this place...no question in my mind these are very special people who work and run this place and I am so happy that Misty has found a place she loves to go. <3

I have just started using the Crèche and my dogs love it. They run in without even a backwards glance! When I pick them up I am informed by the friendly staff what the dogs have been up to during their visit which is I can then see in the photos/ video posted on social media. Peaceful night for me after they have been to the crèche as they are dog tired!

I would highly recommend Needham Canine Creche. They look after our dog, Joe, as if he was their own and he adores them in return. They also go above and beyond the call of duty to accommodate any changes to schedule as a result of work commitments. I don't know what we would do without them.

We love the crèche but more importantly our dogs do too! Lucy and Indie get soooo excited when we pull up outside and we don't even get a goodbye look back when they go through the door! When we pick them up they are still wagging their tails and although happy to see us, they clearly love being with Arrin and Julie. When we get them home they are so tired we don't hear a peep out of them for the rest of the night! Being at the crèche clearly makes our girls so happy which in turn makes us happy too! Highly recommended 😀

I have just received my Mazda 6 back after someone hit and run into my car on new years. I also asked for some private work around scratches and a small car dent to be fixed if they could. I also got a very good quote on other work I will be doing later with regards to car seals. There was some initial problems with getting my car in, it was booked but they were let down with the courtesy car returning, so could not provide me with one. Which was a pain as I had to wait another 2-3 weeks to get my car in, however, no real stress, just waiting. Other than that, there is a level of service and professionalism I admired. You felt this place was well run, good impression of the building, how its run, looked after and how the people conduct them self there. It comes across at a high standard. I have been at top garages and I would certainly argue with you about the level of service and impression given in some of those places. Brockford was nothing other than professional the entire time I dealt with them. The work was completed in 8/9 days, which was certainly reasonable. I claimed on my insurance (I know) and Brockford handled all this for me, which was good. I picked up my car today, clean as a whistle (nice touch). The dent and scratch fixes I asked to be fixed, were very impressive, in fact I still don't know how they did them so well, you can hardly tell. There was however a problem. The damage was to the wing and front bumper (likely an idiot with a tow bar pushed it all in). The alignment of the wing against the bumper was very far off in the damaged area when I went to pick up after repairs. We discussed this with my account manager (I guess that is what he was) and it was all very well handled. He agreed and to be fair some embarrassment felt by them at how far off it was. No argument - their workshop manager (I think) came and re-assessed and completely agreed. I was then asked if I had time to wait while they took it back in and fixed it. I got a coffee, read some car mags. 30 minutes (ish) later, back outside, perfect. Its 98% there - the wing wasn't replaced, so a 100% alignment, hard to get - they repaired the wing - which again, other than the alignment - very impressive, it was dented fairly well. I would say though, they informed me it was inspected for release - I did point out, clearly not very well - it was the area of damage and it was really far off alignment. But, resolved completely fine, no issues. I also get a 3 year warranty. So, any issue, they re-assured me I can pop back and see them. Nice to know. The level of communication was also top draw at this place - I got regular emails about the work and its completion. Overall, I would recommend this garage. I would use again, although hope I don't need to :)
