We are thrilled with the service from MBF and Ross, we came to Ross after being let down by our old dog walker. Ross was excellent and so helpful especially as we both work full time and it was last minute. Max passed his trial period and loves going out with Ross! I’ve been home on a couple occasions Max has been collected and he’s ecstatic to see Ross. We get regular updates sent politely and professionally, Max has also learnt how to swim in deep water while out with MBF. Max and I would give 10/10 ⭐️

We couldn’t be happier with the service we’ve experienced with MBF! Our golden retriever joined group walks at 4 months old and quickly settled in. It’s been a great experience for him to socialise with other dogs, gain confidence and we’ve noticed an improvement in his training such as recall. He comes back a truly happy and sleepy pup and we have the peace of mind knowing he’s being truly looked after by Ross and the MBF team with excellent communication via video and photo updates of his adventures. We’ve experienced an outstanding service and couldn’t recommend MBF more!

Ross is such a professional (as are all the team at MBF) and takes such good care of our puppy. He always keeps us in the loop of what he’s been up to on each walk and was super supportive and accommodating when we needed lunch time feeds while we were at work. We completely trust Ross and know he always has the dogs best interests at heart. Cannot recommend enough.

We are beyond grateful for the team at MBF. Winston has been with the companion service since he was little over 3 months old. The confidence and progress he has made is amazing. We can see the positive changes when we take Winston on walks. We cannot recommend this service enough! Winston wholeheartedly adores being with Tina and Claire. Tina is like an adopted second dog mum and always there to answer questions or offer advice. We can tell in every picture she sends that Winston is having the best time. She always makes us feel like Winston is number 1 X

I could not be happier with the team at MBF but more importantly Maggie absolutely adores Claire and Tina! When she sees Claire at the door her ‘no jumping’ training goes out the window as she leaps up to give the biggest kisses!!! She’s always fast asleep when I come home from work having had a blast with her friends for the day. I love getting the updates and I’m always happier knowing Maggie is happy and well looked after. Whenever I’ve had a problem Claire, Tina and Ross have always gone out of their way to make sure Maggie is looked after, safe and happy, nothing ever seems like too much trouble 😊 Thank you all, I don’t know what we’d do without you.

Ross has been with our Lucy since the start of June. During this time, he has been so accommodating in making sure Lucy has been on the walks we needed but also didn't give up when she hasn't settled. She is currently getting some small group walks with Tina twice a week as well as seeing the rest of the doggos on other days. He has also accommodated a trip to the groomers too. We are extremely grateful for the service he offers and Lucy is too! :-)

We love MBF and could not be happier with the wonderful service Claire, Tina and Ross provide. Our 6 month old puppy is so confident with being off the lead and meeting other dogs and this is all thanks to this puppy companion service. We highly recommend Claire and the team as not only have they helped our puppy but us to at being more confident with trusting our puppy with other dogs. We have had our lab puppy walking with Ross for 2 months now, and the experience has been great. Having spent so much time with her through lockdown we were worried about how she may interact but Ross constantly kept us up to date with photos and videos in the first couple of weeks to ease our minds. Ross also helps with any training needs and always answers any questions we have in great detail. It really is reassuring to know how much Poppy enjoys being on the walks.

My puppy was part of the puppy companion group for 4 months and has come on such a long way with Claire! Claire has been amazing with her and I trust her completely. My puppy loves her and has been on lots of adventures. Claire provides updates throughout the day which I love seeing. She really cares about the dogs and that's all you can ask! Thank you Claire! MBF has allowed my partner and I total peace of mind if we are out for the day. ‘Auntie Tina’ and the other lovely staff are incredibly conscientious, give us regular photo updates on the private Facebook group and ultimately give our puppy the socialisation and stimulation she needs. Knowing our puppy will be looked after by trusted professionals is just what we were looking for and is difficult to find. We would recommend the service to anyone and hope to transition our puppy into the adult dog walking service when she grows up!

We started using MBF when our puppy was four months old following a recommendation from a friend. As we bought our puppy in lockdown, we were keen to ensure he was well socialised. We couldn't be happier with Claire. Our dog absolutely adores Claire and we're always kept updated on his puppy adventures with his friends. Ross and Claire have been walking Minnie for nearly a year now. They started by supporting me with puppy visits twice a day before Minnie was able to join the walks. Since then Minnie has joined the group walks everyday. The walks have helped her to regularly socialise with other dogs as well as supporting her training. Ross and Claire are great with the dogs and I really enjoy my daily video updates so I can see what she has been up to.

Ross has been brilliant with my dogs - we moved from Sheffield to Leeds and really helped the dogs Jake and Wilma settle with him . Jake is a rescue not good with other dogs so has a solo walk but is becoming friends with Bossco no problems there at all - even had a photo together ! Wilma is enjoying her walks with all her doggie freinds too . Ross is very reliable and so professional we are very happy customers and highly recommend Mans Best Friend !

I would definitely recommend Mans Best Friend. I was very impressed with how Tina and Ross took the time to talk to us and get to know the dogs before their first walk. It’s been great to find someone who can handle my two boisterous staffys and all their funny little quirks! They always run to the door with excitement, as soon as they hear Tina pull and come back very tired doggos!

I got my pup during lockdown and was nervous about how I would socialise him. I signed him up to the Puppy Companion Service and he has never looked back. He loves his walks with "Auntie" Claire and the other puppies and is so happy when she collects him. He is well socialised, happy, healthy and so very well looked after. Our cocker spaniel Tobie started walking/play dates with Ross and Bosco at 12 weeks old, I’ve got to say we were a little anxious at first but honestly this was the best decision we ever made for Tobie. Ross was amazing with Tobie from the first meeting, he’s guided and helped us so much to develop Tobie into the fantastic 8 month old pup he is today. Ross was the one that let Tobie off the lead for the first time on the very first walk, this means that Tobies recall is brilliant has he’s never known any different! Ross is so passionate about what he does loving each and every dog in there own right. Tobie absolutely loves walking with Ross and we love to see the video updates via social media. I’d 100% recommend Ross, he’s far far more that JUST a dog walker 😊
