A brilliant groomer! We brought our 2 year old cocker spaniel to Tam after searching everywhere for someone who could spend the time with a very nervous dog - and we were so glad we did. Tam spent so much time giving our dog love and affection to put him at ease and managed to give him a cut, wash and dry! We couldn’t believe it and were so thrilled. Two happy owners and a very happy dog (who appreciated a trim after the hot weather!). Would definitely recommend Tam and will be booking in again soon.

It was my dogs first time ever being groomed and I’m so glad we did it here. Tam was so lovely and she made my dog feel very comfortable. She did an amazing job and had really good knowledge, she also passed on some advice which is always welcome. I would highly recommend anyone take their dogs for a groom with her as she is so good at making them feel comfortable and taking it at their pace. Thank you Tam. We will definitely be back.

Great and lovely cut. Done with intense care and love as my pet ( toy poodle 🐩) is really nervous around people as especially during grooming, although it was not the case with her. A fantastic groomer! Great support for my dog from beginning to end. He can be a little nervous with new people, however she played with him beforehand and got him to trust her. She also sent me pictures and videos throughout. I could see first hand how comfortable he was with her and how loving she was with him. She is really informed and goes the extra mile. I would recommend them unreservedly.

I brought my puppy to Tubbs for his first proper groom (as he’s had 2 puppy grooms elsewhere previously) and I absolutely loved the service I got. I felt very welcome and very confident my puppy was in safe but very capable hands. I liked having updates on how he was getting on throughout the groom because I was a bit nervous of him misbehaving but he was such a good boy. It's an absolute loving place as the grommer is very friendly to pets and humans too. She gave me lot of tips on grooming and maintenance as well. My dog enjoyed the grooming. Most of the people does it for business but these people are passionate about what they are doing. Highly recommended.

This is our 2nd visit and each time the service and standard has been excellent. Tam made our 2 ex-rescue nervous dogs very relaxed and calm. They smelt lovely and their coats were amazingly shiny and soft. Would certainly recommend her and will go again.

First time my cockerpoo went to tubbs today, previously went to another groomer but will stick with tubbs.so friendly,plays with your dog at first to put them at ease.sent me videos whilst my dog was there so I could see she was ok. Amazing and most friendly groomer I have ever come across. My westie loved being with the lady. Most importantly this was the only groomer who managed to clip the dog’s nails as every other place were not willing to go that extra mile. Highly recommend! Took my 4 month old Cavapoo to tubbs grooming and she was so caring to my puppy’s needs. My pup was happy there despite her hating bath time at home. I needed a short notice appointment for my jack russell and this lady took me in straight away, I was there and seen her work and seen her place of work - all I can say is WOW, her grooming room is spot on, she is so friendly with animals - my dog didn't want to leave and near fell in love with her. The price is very fair and I will be making her my regular groomer and cannot recommend enough, your dogs need to go to this lady - all I can say is thank you again

A true love for dogs can really be felt here. My puppy was taken care of with so much passion and time. I was kept up to date with pictures throughout the time he spent there. Pup came home looking fresh, clean and smelling gorgeous. To top it of I was given a lovely photo magnet of my pup. Thank you so much. Well worth every penny and more. As a dog trainer and with years of having dogs I came across this hidden sanctuary by scrolling through dog groomers on the net.Due to lock down our mobile groomer and others are not giving services wich I totally understand. This lovely family run business are second to none very professional and loves what they do you can not only see but feel the passion as my two cheaky monkeys were very well pampered and loved whilst my self and my daughter waited ..i would recommend these groomers to anyone who wants there pooch/ pooches pampered and comming out looking a million dollars!!!
