M. V.Jen came highly recommended to us from another trainer who was fully booked in January 2022. Since then she has built a beautiful trusting relationship with our (now 1 year old) labradoodle.
We have learned almost everything we know about Mash (our dog) from her and are super happy with her services. We're also lucky enough to be able to now live close enough (West London) and have dog play dates with her pup Griff (who is the cutest lab we have ever met)!
Highly recommend Jen for her skills, knowledge and kind approach to dog training.
M. H.Jennifer is just amazing! We worked with her when we adopted our rescue Saluki puppy. She really took her time to get to know Molly and also address all of our (never ending) questions. She is so knowledgeable about all things dog! She helped us make sure that Molly had a solid base of basic training. and sure enough with a lot of patience and consistency , 6 months later..we can now go for off lead walks in the park. I highly recommend working with Jennifer!
N. G.Jen was recommended to us by a couple we met in a cafe. Their dog was so well behaved that we just had to ask how they trained him. They shared Jen’s contact and mentioned that she was really great. They were absolutely right! We only had 3 sessions with her and our reactive dog Saba is so much better around dogs now. It really makes a difference, going on walks in area full of dogs is not scary anymore, it is fun. For both us and Saba 🐶 We absolutely recommended Jen!!! C. D.I have nothing but praise for Jennifer. She put me at ease that my now one year old golden retriever puppy is on track with his training and helped me trouble shoot some of the concerns I was having around certain aspects of his training (particularly with recall, scavenging behaviour and behaviour around other dogs/distractions). We did four one to one online coaching calls and it was so valuable to have this time to talk through areas of concern, training problems, daily routines and also nutritional advice as Henry has a very sensitive tummy and we were struggling to get good advice on nutrition from our vet. Henry's training is still very much a work in progress and it's great to know I can book more sessions with Jennifer in future to make sure he stays on track. Jennifer has a great teaching style, non-judgemental, friendly but still very professional.

J. C.Jennifer is a lifeline in raising a puppy. She is always so supportive and creative, giving various ways to tackle an issue versus a one size fits all. I spent time discussing how I could encourage my puppy to sleep outside her crate and that very evening she did it for the first time and has done since, every evening. Jennifer is a virtual miracle worker! Most importantly my puppy loves her, even the sound of her voice starts a very excited tail wagging.

Whether it’s a brand new puppy or an older dog in need of a training refresher Jennifer is happy to help. She does not have a one size fits all dog approach. She listens to your wants and needs and learns about your dog’s individuality. Our puppy Bailey loves her. We enlisted Jennifer for some help after a basic puppy group class left us feeling like we needed more. The unique one on one help was so valuable. We are considering doing some more training with Bone Ball Bark to tackle some barking issues we have now that a little baby will be coming into our home in a couple short months. 100% recommend. Cannot say enough good things about Jennifer at Bone Ball Bark!!
