D. S.We started taking Mimic to Kelly for 121's towards the end of March before putting him into a class situation. Mimic is a 2yr old MAS that came to us prior to the 2020 lockdown - subsequently he missed out on awful lot of socialising which left us with a dog that was nervous, reactive and generally a bit stressed with life (even though he lives with 5 other dogs). During our time with Kelly, Mimic has had to learn about impulse control whilst training around other dogs and learning that life can be ok around other dogs (and also having fun whilst learning). Kelly has given us clear and concise instructions (along with homework) on how to deal with Mimic's little quirks whilst out, in class and in the home. Mimic absolutely loves going to class on a Monday night, and slowly but surely, we are making good progress with him thanks to Kelly. Would recommend Kelly if you need help & advice.
K. M.I would highly recommend Kelly as a dog trainer. We purchased the puppy package and have been thrilled with the service we received. The 1:1 online session was personalised to our family and helped us to get Rosie settled in to our family - Kelly also provides and detailed follow up information and extra support if needed. The puppy classes have been fantastic, Rosie is growing into such a happy puppy and we have become so much more confident as new dog owners. Kelly takes the time to get to know each puppy and tailors the lesson perfectly to your puppy. Rosie has also enjoyed the online trick training classes. We have so many ideas and fun ways to train Rosie and could not recommend follow my lead highly enough. We will most definitely be continuing with the beginner classes! Thank you

She has helped me to understand my dogs body language, learn loads of fun games to simulate my dogs mind and made walking my large breed dog enjoyable again. Kelly has been an amazing support and trainer for us through the puppy years, including puppy play classes and training. We use Kelly for dog walking and home boarding too and have been very pleased with every service Kelly offers. I know my dog loves Kelly as I can’t walk past her house without my dog trying to go in and say hello.
Kelly is very approachable and has always been available to answer any questions I’ve had.

P. N.Kelly made me feel very much at ease and learning was FUN! Since ill health has not allowed me to walk my girls Kelly has been brilliant ! she comes 3 days a week and walks all 4 of them each time and also trains them.... something you dont get with most dogwalkers

on lots of different skills and receive an email recapping what we have done in that session and what we will be working on next session. I really like the explanations and info graphics which help with my understanding. I am loving it!

Pip was becoming unmanageable on the lead, we dreaded taking him out and found ourselves extremely stressed between Pip and a newborn baby; we felt unsure how to resolve the situation, regrettably resorting to using a face collar at one point to try curb the constant pulling/jerking of the lead. After just ONE session with Kelly we saw an unbelieveable improvement and Pip has since gone from strength to strength with loose lead walking and recall on a long line. As he is now mentally stimulated on walks (paying attention, giving eye contact, responding to commands, etc) we also have a receptive, calm and well behaved dog in the house too.
Kelly is professional, friendly and has a wealth of knowledge. She breaks the training down completely so its manageable for both dog and owner; making herself easily accessible for any additional queries along the way too. We love Kelly's positive approach and feel we now have a much greater understanding of, and a happier relationship with Pip. We cannot believe the difference and our only regret is that we didnt book in much sooner. Thank you so much Kelly.
B. M.Kelly is a brilliant trainer. She uses positive methods and fun activities to teach useful skills and behaviours. Her advice is always tailored to the specific dog/person partnership (no one size fits all training!).
