We booked our lovely Newfiepoo in for her first groom in with Mandy. We are so delighted with how she looks. Mandy is professional and highly experience, so loving and kind as Doris is only 9 mths old. Mandy knew exactly how she should be cut along with pics we showed her. Amazing, amazing, amazing. Thank you for your patience with our Chihuahua, Peanut. I love taking Ursus to see Mandy. Despite his large size, she handles him so softly and efficiently. He had never been to see a groomer until he was over one (dur to restrictions), but that did not phase her. She is very knowledgeable about all breeds and I feel confident in leaving my boy in her very capable hands. I love the fresh scent of clean dog when I pick him up, even if he chooses to roll in the mud a few hours later. Would definitely recommend and will continue to go back.

Excellent service provided by Mandy, so glad we have found an amazing dog groomer. Our two border collie pups haven't been to a groomer before, I was probably more nervous than the dogs! But I didn't need to be as Mandy made sure that their first experience went smoothly. She took her time getting to know the pups, she was gentle, patient and did a great job. A lovely lady to have a chat with, very knowledgeable about everything dog. I really recommend her services and can't wait to bring our dogs back for another doggie pamper! 🥰🐶🐶
