Had read good reviews of this place but ended up disappointed in the service. The girl I dealt with was nice. However my dog was supposed to have a thorough groom and de-shed but I'm really not sure how much they had done. Still had lots of undercoat and the long bits were as they were before going. I think they are probably fine for dealing with small or short haired dogs but if you need a good job on a long haired dog I couldn't recommend then

My first time after moving back to Liverpool. My little dolly is so fussy and she loved being here today. They are lovely and so caring attention to detail. The shop is immaculate and convenient to get to . She's going to get her her next appt end of summer 😍🐶 x
