I have a very anxious dog and the lady who dealt with him today was amazing ..had lots of patience and there was alot of barking but she handled him like a pro ..amazing price and amazing cut considering he was very matted xx

Excellent service. Kay is wonderful with Chip our 1 1/2 yr old King Charles. He gets so excited when he sees her, it's lovely to see. I know he's in good hands. Kay's been grooming Chip since he was a pup. Wouldn't go anywhere else and always recommend her to new doggy friends.

John has been washing my dog Joey for a while now, and I really can’t recommend him enough! Joey is scared of water and John knows how to calm him when he’s in the bath and has really got to know Joey. Joey always looks and smells amazing after his wash and John getting to know Joey has made this experience for him more comfortable! It is the perfect little treat for our fur babies! Thank you John and all your team for doing an amazing job!

Always used a local groomer, but decided to change to a mobile. Absolutely brilliant, best cuts hes ever had. No fuss in and out in 40 minutes. The staff are so helpful and friendly and my dog loves it. Usually he gets stressed at the groomers but not any more. Would recommend these to anyone. A* all round a big thank you.

Meg my one year old ESS is very timid of all other dogs big or small......the service offered by Dial a dog wash is one on one attention. Naomi has now clipped Meg twice and each time Meg looks great and I'm sure she knows it!! I would recommend DADW to anyone - well done!

Our dog groomer Sophie was friendly, efficient and got on extremely well with our dog. The outcome was amazing and definitely better then our previous expierces with other dog grooming businesses. She arrived on time and spent five minutes getting to know our dog and the result was fantastic thoroughly recommend.

Highly recommend dial a dog wash, been using them for at least a year and have always got great results. Kay is the groomer I use and she is very kind and patient with both my dogs who can be very nervous. Also the results are excellent, best doggy haircuts, both my Yorkie and my Shih tzu have regular trims and I would not hesitate to recommend them especially if your dog is a worrier. As a wheelchair user this service ticks every box for me,.

Wow!!! Just had Alix come & groom my 9 mth old pup Bailey...absaloutley delighted!! Alix was lovely & took the time to meet Bailey & put him at ease...after the groom he looked like a new dog & smelled gorgeous..she did a fab job & Bailey & i are sooo happy..wont hesitate to use this company again (regularly) in my opinion they hav gone above & beyond other groomers..happy customer! :)

Had Alix come to my home to do Baileys full groom for the 3rd time...would not get anyone else to do it..such a lovely girl...takes time to speak & reassure Bailey (quite a nervous doggy) does an absaloutley fantastic job! Brilliant service from Rebecca at DADW, first time I’ve used them & will definitely use again. Rebecca was lovely with my dogs and they all were happy & smelling beautiful at the end, fabulous to have nail clipping included as I hate trying to do that myself.
