Previously had great service grooming my dog who admittedly can be a bit lively to say the least but after years of supporting a local business who certainly aren't the cheapest,they decided he was too "vicious" (never bitten anyone and is constantly off lead in the park just not a fan of getting his feet touched, he's a small terrier by the way) they told me I can't book him back in. They waited for me to pay my bill before they told me and with no discussion. Disappointed as they do a good job but after using them from almost the beginning I got the feeling loyalty is not so important now they are well established. Waited until after his next cut with a new groomer to leave my review in case I was just seeing my dog with my parent goggles on and was being unfair to mucky pups but they said he was a delight and no trouble at all (I know they were being kind but I believe groomers should be able to deal with dogs who stress out in the salon)

First time used this groomers . Took my two pups one aged 7 months the other 13 months the 7 month old first groom and new he would be a fighter but he came back looking fab cut perfect they kept them together so they didnt stress out with out each other over the moon with the service . Will be back thank you. 🐾. Molly & Buddy.

I took Bobby 6months old, today for his first time grooming was a little worried I have never left him , when picking him up he was loving it playing with the other dogs that were there, and he looked absolutely gorgeous thank you will be taking him back 👍🐾xxx

Friendly staff. Nicola is great and always listens to any concerns. My dog suffers with anxiety and doesn't like to be caged and Nicola always calls ten mins before he's finished so I can get back for him. I feel very happy leaving my lovely Leo here

Love this groomers, l don't live locally and happy to take my dog Teddy to muckypups, they always provide excellent service and Nicola always cuts Teddy to perfection. Staff lovely and friendly,and it is spotless inside. Would highly recommend.

We use Mucky Pups and could not recommend this dog grooming salon more highly. Ted is a shih tzu , that misbehaves, he is not happy with a wash and a blow to say the least. Mucky pupz turns Ted the Scruffy Shih Tzu into a clean, groomed, beautiful dog..Thank you all..
