Cannot recommend this day care more. I left my dog here for the first time today and he has come back SO happy and so sleepy! They have excellent areas to run around in for the pups, and introduce your dog to a few other dogs when they arrive for the first time to check they’ll get along. They also post regular social media updates during the day, so you can check to see how much fun your pup is having while you’re away (and it looks like they’re having a ball!). The staff are all really friendly and clearly dog lovers themselves - my pup can sometimes be a little apprehensive around new people, but seemed to settle in quickly and well with the ladies at the day care. With one lady in particular (I didn’t catch her name), he seemed very at home being held by her, which is unusual for my dog so quickly after meeting someone! Will 100% be using Tails in the City again!

Have brought my 2 year old dog here once or twice a week since she was a pup. Absolutely fantastic set up! Lots of play areas, toys and rest areas. My dog Hester loves it. All the dogs wagging tails in a morning waiting to go in. The staff are amazing. Great knowing my dog is safe while I am at work. And nice to have a lovely tired dog at the end of the day.

This is my second doggo that visits TITC. Amazing staff and the pup loves it(doesn’t want to come home) some days! Even if I didn’t work close by I would still send Reg for the socialising her gets out of it. Keep up the great work guys ….. 5*

My dog is always excited to get into the day care. She really seems to enjoy playing with the other dogs. The staff are quite friendly and offer an array of services. The staff also post videos on Instagram so you can see what your dog is doing during the day. The space seems quite large and have numerous pens for the dogs. I highly recommend this business if you are looking for a daycare for your dog.

Not sure what I would do without Tails. Put my pup in initially for socialisation but now he gets a regular visit just for fun. I am back in the office next month so he's going to be a very happy boy 😊

During our adoption of our dog (Argon) Gi (Gintare) form Tales in the City was fantastic, providing use with a step by step instruction for how to overcome unwanted behaviour. Gi has been pivotal in Argon's rehoming process and has allowed us to move forward with confidence with the right tools we needed. Gi has advised us on how to reduce possessive behaviour, recall, dropping of items and how to introduce Argon to other people with desensitisation. Her help and advice has been invaluable with clear easy to follow steps. Gi and the team at Tales in the City are a credit to themselves and I am sure will go on to help countless dogs in the future. I have used Tails in the city for six months now and it has been great for my dog Dexter. He comes home very tired from just half a day, and has now learned how to interact with other dogs. Julia and her team have a great set up, I would recommend them to anybody.

Great service and they take care of both my dogs. Both Peanut and Dougal love Tails in the City, you can tell by their energy and confidence around everyone who works there and they can not wait to see everyone when I drop them off. Same commitment when I go to pick them up, they want to stay. Both have had no issues boarding, or with day care over the last three years. Julia and Team has been very open about Dougal and Peanut with me over the last two years. Highly recommend Tails in the City. Huge thanks to everyone who looks after the Dougal and Peanut.

My little Chihuahua has been coming to tails since he was 12 weeks old and it’s honestly the best thing I could of done. It helps with him socialising with dogs and other people. He absolutely loves coming there and gets excited as soon as I pull up. It’s also good for me as I have a tired little pup once I pick him up. Staff are amazing and I feel so comfortable and reassured when leaving him there. I would definitely recommend to anyone. It will help your dog in the long run and is definitely worth it

Good place to leave your dog when your busy during the day. The place seems okay - I can imagine the place to be cold for puppies (over 12 weeks). I picked up my pup for the first time and I had to wait outside - I could hear him crying outside. When I got home with him, he had scratches and was really dirty. I think he enjoyed regardless as dog will be dogs. Just gotta be mindful about these things.
