We've been a part of the Buddies family for 4.5 years and wouldn't think of sending our Great Dane anywhere else. Tom and his team are truly the best! They love animals... it shows... They learn the behaviours/quirks/one-offs of each pup and assign their play groups accordingly. Their facilities are gorgeous and they are always finding ways to improve the daycare experience. We highly recommend Buddies to anyone looking for a home away from home for their 4-legged family member.

Absolutely incredible service, cannot recommend highly enough. My dog Franklin has been going to City Pups every work day, and boarding with them when I have to travel for work, since I moved to London 10 months ago. Franklin loves other dogs but can be a bit shy around people he doesn't know, and yet he warmed up to the crew at City Pups pretty quickly. He is thrilled whenever he sees Vicki and is always racing out the door excited to go to daycare with her (this from a dog who previously had never been happy to leave me with another person). They are 100% reliable, and clearly love the dogs. When I eventually have to move back to the U.S. it will be a little heartbreaking to take Franklin away from the joy he gets from City Pups. I can't imagine ever finding another doggie daycare quite as incredible, both for me and him.

Our dog absolutely loves Buddies. He's an energetic border collie, but Buddies means he's shattered for the whole evening and super cuddly, which is perfect after a long day at work. Buddies are also really responsive to any contact we have with them. The overnight option is incredibly helpful for last-minute work trips or unavoidable late nights.

Buddies has been amazing with our 12-year-old miniature schnauzer Pepper. They send photos of him with other pups to us whenever we want and we just love seeing how happy he looks hanging out with all his friends at daycare. Tom, Daisy, Seb, Stefi and Sam have been super lovely and helpful from day one! A truly dog-loving friendly team at Buddies and we couldn't happier about their trustworthy services (both daycare and boarding). Pepper always come home happy and knackered from being out and about in fields and on the trampoline with Seb! We wish we could join Pepper at daycare (and not go to work in an office everyday)! We would highly recommended Buddies to everyone who loves their dogs as much as we do! (And we're a little...well a lot obsessed with our little one). Drove them mad with emails to check everything possible for my dogs safety and they were very reassuring. Came to pick her up for her first day and even the staff seemed so happy to do their jobs (I would be too) but made me feel very comfortable, i watch from my window and they handled her very well to get her into the van, slightly disappointed in my dog for how easily she went with people she didn’t know and into the pick up but will be taking that up with her later 😂. Would definitely recommend.

We've been sending our dog to Buddies Doggy Daycare since she was a puppy and five stars just isn't enough! My pup comes back exhausted after running about the fields and is wiped out at the end of the day. She's desperately excited to see her driver every day because she knows what's in store! The best and most trustworthy doggy daycare out there, highly recommend.

5-star all the way around! My dog Lilly has been with Tom and the Buddies crew for 8 lovely years. Although she's a mature lady now, Lilly still acts like an excited puppy when they come to pick her up. She returns a happy, tired dog at the end of a day at the Buddies doggie paradise. There's no doubt a good deal of her happiness and well being can be attributed to Buddies--the caring, professional staff, the fantastic facilities, and easy access to other essential services (Hazel Corner boarding, and the amazing Vet in the City). And now, they are carbon neutral--a fantastic initiative.

Buddies is the best! They are so reliable with pick up and drop offs, and I can tell when our little dog is snoozing the evening away that he's had a great day at the daycare. Booking daycare and boarding is so easy through their portal. I also love their social media posts, showing the dogs running around the facilities, and they sometimes send me sweet photos of Gus, our French Bulldog, at the premise. They often send very informative emails about kennel cough season, the best kind of coat for a cold weather, and some new services they are partnering up with like Vet in the City, Hazel's Corner, or Marmaduke's Grooming. It makes it so easy to have everything in one place, and we know Gus loves it. So glad we found Tom and the team 3 years ago!
