Y.The best daycare in London! Coco Cares has been looking after our Toy Maltese (Kenzi) since she was 4 months old! We were recommended to them by our dog trainer as Kenzi was extremely scared of the outside but after a few visits, she became super confident & obsessed with being outdoors!
The owners (Jan & Millie) are exceptionally kind and treat Kenzi like their own. Every time she hears the doorbell ring, she thinks it's them and she is extremely excited! They are very responsive on Whatsapp and send pictures/video of Kenzi in daycare which puts us at ease. As we were new dog owners, we would ask them many questions and they always gave very helpful advice about food, puppy health, vets, her first heat, etc.
I wouldn't trust anyone else with my dog!
M. S.Finding Jan and Millie at Coco Cares has absolutely changed my life as a small dog owner in London. I looked for ages for a daycare but I was nervous about her boarding with bigger dogs and potentially getting hurt. Coco Cares has given my chihuahua Polly a second home filled with cuddles, walks, playtime, best friends, and most importantly - safety. I don’t hesitate to go on holiday anymore as she loves to board with them and the photos and videos they send always brighten my day. And during the busy weeks, I feel guilt-free leaving her at doggy day care where she is beyond happy (and even better - tired and cuddly when she gets home). Polly has been with Coco Cares for over two years now and I can’t thank Jan and Millie enough.
L. C.I've been using Coco Cares for over a year now for my small dog. He absolutely loves it, loves his family he has, and you can tell he is genuinely exhausted and happy after a day here.
The variety of similar sized dogs, as well as the flexibility of Coco Cares during drop-off or pick-up is amazing. We keep good, open lines of communication with each other and I love the videos + pictures we get of all the dogs having a great time. You know they're in safe hands, well looked after, and I can work at ease knowing my dog is in the best place I've found for him in London.
A. B.Our four year old dog Archie has been looked after by Jan and Millie on and off since he was a puppy and it’s still the only time he’s thrilled to be apart from us! Coco Cares is like second home to him and he loves playing with the other little dogs and going for walks. My wife and I can’t recommend Coco Cares enough. It’s wonderful to have total peace of mind that if we’re away he will be looked in a lovely environment by people that truely love dogs.
A. S.Coco Cares are the most wonderful Doggy daycare! They are extremely knowledgeable, professional, so kind and gentle with all the dogs in their care and extremely trustworthy.
I have been using Coco cares for the past 4 years and had heard about them before through friends who gave glowing reviews each time they’d speak of them.
We were delighted when they had space for our puppy and we have never looked back since. We know that our dog is in the best hands and can go to work or on holiday and know that Frankie is in the best possible hands.
Also extremely well priced.

M. O.I never review businesses, but this business is exceptional. As soon as we get to Elsham Rd, my dog pulls me down the street to get to Jan and her daughters at Coco Cares as quick as he can! Apart from him loving his time there, I get great advice, fast replies to any questions, updates during the day, and peace of mind knowing how knowledgeable they are and how focused they are on keeping him safe and happy. Jan and her daughters are also amazingly flexible - my dog has stayed many weekends, evenings/overnight, and a few two-week stays, and it's very reassuring knowing that they're there to help when I need it. I can't recommend them enough.
N. B.Our little dachshund has been going to Coco Cares since he was about 7 months old and he loves it! Jan and Millie are lovely, and take such good care of him. They are very flexible and always send updates. We highly recommend them and have total peace of mind that he's in great hands!

He loves being with Jan & Millie and they have been such a saving grace to us having him during the day & over night when we have events.

C. H. P.What a great experience for us and for our little one! Coco Cares is fantastic, absolutely recommendable. Jan & Millie do truly love dogs and they treat the dogs as if they were their own. Our tiny mini Yorkie was so delighted to stay with Coco Cares for a week that she now she gets very excited when Jan comes to take her for a walk. We were really anxious as it is so difficult to find someone trustworthy to take care of your dog, but Jan helped us greatly throughout the process. We feel so lucky to have found Jan & Millie. Just wonderful, top quality service.

My Norfolk Terrier is always so pleased to go, and always happy when I pick him up. I know he's safe, and well cared for - what more could you ask for.

And please do not listen to the lady below in the comments, who is claiming she speaks dog language and can differentiate between different barking styles (you can see what kind of a person she is just from the claim that "dogs are animal and need to be punished" - what?!). Small dogs tend to be loud, Dora is probably the loudest when she stays with Jan - I have been inside, I have seen videos, I have used the service and I can see how excited my dog is when she knows its her day to stay with Jan! And no - small dogs cannot be constantly out for walks, they get tired much faster, plus it is a property with garden.
A. A.Could not recommend Jan and Coco Cares more highly. I have total peace of mind when our dog is with them. She has a wonderful time playing with other dogs the same size as her, gets the stimulation, exercise and care she needs when I'm not able to look after her. Jan is flexible and communicative and is able to offer advice and support when necessary too. She makes it all very easy! Even though I live a bit further away (and there are other dog care/dog walking services nearer me) Coco Cares is my first choice. Really recommend.
C. K.Coco Cares is a second home to my little guy! He started there when he was just 11 weeks old and I was a first time puppy mum! Thanks to the wonderful loving care he receives at Coco Cares, he is a delightful, well adjusted little dog now and I rest easy when I know he is there. If I could, I would give 10 stars out of 5!
Update - June 2020 - We are STILL huge fans of Coco Cares. My little guy has been going here for over 2 years now for both daycare and overnights. He loves it and I feel very blessed to have these wonderful people. Lock-down has been hard on everyone, but it filled me with joy when my little guy was finally able to go back last week for a day. Not only had he missed playing with the other dogs, but he really missed Jan too! He was so excited to see her - like a kid at Christmas!

A. T.I've had the best experience at Coco Cares. Jan and Milly are experts on small dogs and I feel totally confident leaving my dog with them. They go the extra mile to care for your dog, with excellent walks, high quality food, a relaxed environment with not too many dogs in their care. It all results in a very happy and tired dog being delivered home to me at the end of the day. I feel totally reassured by their knowledge of dog heath care and behaviour. Can't recommend highly enough. Roxy loves her visits to Coco Cares and all the small dogs she gets to socialise with.

My Chihuahua is like so happy to go and be with Jan (the owner) and Coco (the resident dog) that I am almost jealous! Jan and Millie (the daughter) are reliable, caring, loving and provide a fabulous service. Their flexibility to accommodate last minute needs adds to the quality of service for busy professionals. They have given us peace of mind also through pictures, videos, written updates: our little dog is well look after either when in day care or staying over night.
H. H.We have been taking our Chihuahua (Oliver) to Jan and Millie since we got him almost 18 months ago. They’re so flexible and nothing is too much trouble for them. They genuinely care about the dogs and that really shines through. Oliver gets so excited to see them and it really is like a home away from home for him.
S. F.I work full time far from my home and Coco Cares Daycare ensures my little poodle will be cared for all day. I receive many photos and videos of him playing and running in the park with the other dogs. It removes all my guilt of leaving him each day! Coco Cares also take him overnight when I am away, and in the comfort of their home (which I visited before hiring them) he seems very happy and relaxed. Coco Cares are extremely trustworthy and reliable. I noticed my dog had a pain in his eye before I left to work one morning but had to rush out. I texted Coco Cares and he was brought to the vet ASAP and administered eye drops throughout the week. They are so caring with my dog as well as flexible and understanding with my schedule. It is so important (and rare!) to have a great dog caring service that you can trust - I highly recommend Coco Cares-they're the absolute BEST!

C.Daphne, our adorable little Dachshund has been attending Coco Cares for the past five months in full time day-care since she was a 12 week old puppy.Daphne absolutely loves being with Jan and Millie and of course Coco their resident dog and has made lots of new friends as well as receiving the best care in London. We often leave Daphne to board and always have daily updates as to what she is up to, but most importantly for us we know that Daphne is an environment where she is safe, happy and truly loved. Jan and Millie are so knowledgeable, so kind, and so wonderful with dogs - they were so supportive through the whole process of getting used to life with a new puppy. I simply cannot recommend this wonderful dog daycare more highly. As for Daphne, the absolute best bit of her day is when Jan and Millie arrive to pick her up! She can't wait to go off with Coco Cares. Which tells you everything you need to know!
D. D.Amazing doggie-sitting/walking service. Jan is always 100% reliable, comes on time and what is the most important genuinely loves dogs. As she doesn't take more than 2 dogs at the same time I can be sure that my chihuahua receives attention and care needed. He is even allowed to sleep in bed what is awesome.
In my opinion the prices are a bit too high but Coco Cares is perfect when you go on short trips or too busy/don't feel well to walk your pooch.

Coco Cares look after your pet as if it were one of their own! Our Pomeranian is very nervous around new people however instantly adored Jan and Millie. They are extremely accommodating around your dogs routine and meal plan and it was evident from the start that they want to make your dogs stay as comfortable and fun as possible.
It was really reassuring how knowledgable they both are about dog behaviour. Having had really bad experiences with kennels in the past it was a welcome change to be going on holiday worry and guilt free knowing our dog was in safe hands. We even got daily text updates and pictures showing what a great time he was having!
You can tell they make a real effort to connect with every pet they have individually so they are always aware of your dogs wants and needs. As an added bonus when I was away they helped me wean Ian off wet food and onto dry food which is something I've been trying to do for years and failing! I'm convinced they're dog whisperers!
We travel from the other side of London now to leave our Pomeranian here and would never dream of leaving him anywhere else!
H. G.I had a great experience here! My little one stayed with Coco and Jan for a week while I was out of the country and I didn't have to worry about a thing the entire time! I got multiple updates each day on his activities, she was able to pick up/drop him off, provide the appropriate dog food, and was very quick with responses! Jan is the only person I've trusted to care for my dog outside of family and close friends. She has become my go-to caregiver!

I. P.I was lucky to find Jan to take care of our two Havanese dogs. I was looking for a dog walker that offered a personal and thoughtful experience for Lola and Nina. I wanted to avoid the dog walker with "the van" and instead find someone who actually "walked" the dogs. Jan goes above and beyond when it comes to dog walking and pet sitting. She actually likes what she does and it shows. You and your small dog will be in the best of hands with Jan. Look no further! I completely trust Jan and Millie!

Jan and her daughters go beyond the call of duty being there for any of your needs, with their professionalism, advice, training and care. Harry (6 year old Shih tzu) is a very gentle and sensitive dog so we spent a lot of time choosing a caring and suitable day care for him. We visited Coco Day Care and it was perfect. The dogs seemed so happy and comfortable and in a home from home environment. I knew this was perfect for Harry and he enjoyed his visit too. The following week, Harry would get collected on time every morning and Jan would send me photos and whatsapp messages throughout the day which i really appreciated. Jan and Millie are so caring to the dogs and are always in constant contact and want the best for dogs and owners. They made me feel so at ease that Harry was being loved and well looked after. Hector usually doesn't eat much when I am away, but he did with Jan and Millie so he must have felt very comfortable. Jan also picked them up and dropped them off, which made my life much easier. And they were given lots of doggie walks in the park. I would highly recommend Coco Cares.

Jan and Millie run this business with so much love and care together their loving and patient chihuahua called coco they provide a positive, safe and fun atmosphere for small dogs to spend time away from home which is such a difficult thing to find if you like us have a small dog that needs day care and are afraid to leave him or she with bigger dogs.
S. S.I feel so lucky to have found Jan! She is wonderful with my dog Winnie who adores her and she is always 100% reliable, she is flexible and the day care is affordable. I like her bespoke touch. Winnie is looks after as part of a small manageable number of dogs and Jan lets the dogs run free in her home so really it is a home away from home for Winnie. I know Winnie is happy and I do not have to worry about her which is the most important thing!

They take time to watch him, make sure he is fed and well looked after, as well as giving me day to day tips.
