E. R.My spaniel has been going to Dogtown for many years now and I know she is well cared for by kind and reliable dog-lovers.
N.Took our pomeranian for a full service. Staff were very friendly and professional. Special thanks to Tatiana who knows how to trim the coat without damaging it. After each grooming our pomeranian looks spectacular and the fur grows out beautifully. Highly recommend.

T.Took my whippet who is a nervous dog at the best of times into Dog Town in East Sheen to get nails clipped, but need not have worried as the girl who did the nail clip had a really calming manor and managed to settle my dog down with ease. Sorry I cannot remember her name but she has tattoos. Highly recommend definitely go there from now on.
L. K.I mistakenly booked the Chiswick branch rather than the Sheen branch, however when I arrived in Sheen the staff offered to fit me in anyway, despite having other appointments. I didn't have great experience at a grooming place in Putney but I was immediately reassured by the lovely attitude of the staff here and the questions they asked and how they talked about what would be best for my dog. They took a very long haired matted dog and transformed her into an equally (if not more) adorable smart looking one. Thank you so much guys!

On arrival I was made to feel very welcome I felt my dog was in safe hands, I have a very timid dog, she was treated so well by the lovely staff
When I collected my dog, she looked relaxed and very beautiful.
The advice I got about keeping the grooming, special attention to feet etc was really good.

L. S.I was so pleased with the groom my Cockapoo received at Dogtown East Sheen. They took the time to understand how I wanted him clipped, the type of hair he has, and his temperament to ensure he was comfortable in the salon.
Cockapoos are notoriously difficult to groom consistently as they vary so much from dog to dog regarding shape, hair and build, and we have been to a number of groomers who have performed _horrendous_ clips, but this was fantastic.
Highly recommend for a cockapoo groom.
