Rima is an excellent dog trainer. She hand held us through the process of welcoming and training our new puppy, giving us the time and the tools to create a solid relationship with him in teaching us how to learn and meet his needs. Could not recommend her more highly!

It has been great working with Rima! Our mastiff had some general over-excitement and frustrated behaviors that we were working to modify (pulling to get pet and to say hi to other dogs as well as general excitement when someone walks in our house). Rima helped us with in-person sessions and ongoing support via email and WhatsApp. It's sometimes hard to see the progress day-to-day, but I can say that it has been steadily improving, and looking back at how far we've come the past ~6 months it's been very impressive; we can't wait to continue the work.

We're so, so lucky to have found Rima - she was an absolute life saver for us as first-time dog owners. She taught us how to train our puppy from the get-go, made sure our home was set up properly for owning a dog, and that we were managing everything correctly in those first weeks and months, which can be quite frustrating with a puppy. We booked a puppy home visit, and then followed that with a six-session course, which was really thorough and very reasonably priced. But Rima's support goes beyond just those sessions and she's been such a huge blessing to have when we're just not sure how to deal with something. Thanks Rima!

Even Better Dogs training is hands down the best dog training experience we’ve ever had. I’ve never seen my pup respond so quickly and happily to anyone. Rima helped us overcome separation anxiety as well as general anxiety, which had been getting progressively worse. Never did I imagine it could improve let alone vanish completely. Rima also helped us succeed with recall and enjoy going on walks more. She was the consummate professional at all times on top of going above and beyond with her time and availability and most importantly, being a true animal lover and gifted animal communicator. She even taught my pup Twinkle some fun tricks! We give her five paws up! (Yes we realise that’s one paw extra, but that’s how great she is!)

We could not be happier with the approach to our training. Rima is very focused on positive reinforcement with our terrier mix rescue who is reactive to other dogs. Every piece of advice and actions to work on is specific to our dog and different to what we’d been trying after reading everything under the sun. Great trainer! Rima was so helpful in responding to all my new-owner questions and providing tips to make sure I was teaching the right behaviours. The only reason I've put 4 stars is because we weren't able to do group classes, which we would have loved to use as an opportunity to socialise our pup but this was mostly because of covid.
