Some time ago, quite unexpectedly, I had to travel abroad. There was no one to look after my dog. Charlie could be a handful sometimes and requires some special approach.
At that moment I was really desperate to find a reliable dog minder. One of my friends advised me to talk to Yana , we agreed and I left my boy with her for 2 weeks.
And that was the best choice!
Yana was in touch with me all the while. I got lots of videos and pictures of Charlie in the park, at home, walking, playing, eating , even snoring)), every day I knew everything about my dog’s life.
Yana has done a really good . She has provided the best care I could even imagine.
She was not only just looking after Charlie, she taught him some new things, Charlie became more responsive . And he was happy with Yana which is the main thing to me!
Yana is a Very reliable person, very passionate about what she is doing, she loves dogs and dogs love her.
To my mind Yana is one of the best in her business.
I Will definitely come back again and recommend her to my friends.

Yana is not only reliable, trustworthy and unbelievably warm and kind, she actually is amazing with animals; a real passion for all little furry friends, genuine warmth and love which makes for very happy pets. My 8 month old chihuahua stayed with Yana for two weeks at Christmas time and came back to me a more sociable and obedient little fella. Yana also sent me daily updates, pictures and videos of my chihuahua, who was having the time of his life! Don't go looking for any other service for your pet... Good Soul London is the what your pet needs :)

Hermes is 8 years old I brought him from Greece and he was stressed from the plane the country the new area and he was barking to the other dogs and I didn’t like that. So Yana came to meet him we went for a nice long walk and she explained me how to treat him rights and even with the first session I saw results!! I highly recommend her! She trustful and loves her little friends 🐾

A. T.(Translated) Good afternoon, I want to share with my first acquaintance with Yana.
I was leaving for the first time for a long time, the “teenage child” Goldyashka was in her arms for 11 months, only just started to understand each other perfectly, but alas, the trip cannot be postponed…. As luck would have it, a friend shared a link she saw on Facebook about Yana, who has good recommendations for caring for our pets. I wrote, although I have already agreed with the breeders that they can look after our guy. I still preferred to go from Oxford to London, to get to know Yana, since my soul would surely have been sick for my beloved for a whole month, and this, of course, is exhausting (I have been fondling and cherishing him throughout the whole time in the “Russian” way 😉 in love and “ rigor "of course).
And a very important remark - my beloved boyfriend had a problem with a chair, he turned, investigated any sensible conclusions from the veta did not receive in the end. And as I now realized, I was slowly finishing off my pet with dry food (I probably tried 6-7 brands in the end, from super expensive to the average price category), but unfortunately there were no improvements.
We met, got to know each other, it was very convenient for me that Yana is Russian-speaking, because my English 👎🏻. She trusted, of course doubting, cried when she left. But after the first day of our separation, when Yana shared messages about my Harlyusha and the video, and it was subsequently every day, not from my submission, but from Yana's responsible initiative, I really relaxed and did not worry about "my favorite tail." Moreover, she herself, according to her observations, recommended to transfer it to "Row Food" and it worked 👍. Now we have already gained kg, the activity has increased, so I hope fate brought us together for a reason - my Kharlyusha will be healthy, only Thanks to Yana (veterinarians, unfortunately, did not help us).
I just want to assure the “mothers and folders” of my favorites that they can trust Yana, she is very responsible and lovingly treats her wards💕! Many thanks to her from me and Harlyushi 🌷

Добрый день , хочу поделиться со своим первым знакомством с Яной.
Уезжала впервые надолго , на руках «ребёнок-подросток» Голдяшка 11 месяцев , только- только начали понимать друг-друга с полуслова, но увы поездку не отложить…. По счастливой случайности , подруга поделилась ссылкой , которую увидела в фейсбуке о Яне, у которой хорошие рекомендации по уходу за нашими любимцами. Написала , хотя уже договорилась с заводчиками что они смогут присмотреть за нашим парнем . Предпочла все-таки поехать из Оксфорда в Лондон , познакомиться с Яной, так как моя душа бы точно болела за моего ненаглядного целый месяц , а это конечно изводилово ( я его на протяжении всего времени холила и лелеяла по «русски»😉в любви и «строгости» конечно).
И очень главное замечание -у моего ненаглядного парня была проблема со стулом , обращалась , исследовала никаких толковых заключений от вета не получила в итоге . И как я сейчас поняла потихоньку добивала своего любимца сухими кормами ( пробывала наверно марок 6-7 в итоге , от супер дорогих до средней ценовой категории) но к сожалению улучшений не было .
Встретились , познакомились , мне было очень удобно что Яна русскоговорящая , т.к мой инглишь 👎🏻. Доверилась , конечно сомневаясь , плакала когда оставляла. Но после первых суток нашего расставания , когда Яна делилась сообщениями о моем Харлюше и видео и это было в последствии ежедневно , не с моей подачи , а по Яниной ответственной инициативе, я реально расслабилась и не переживала за «мой любимый хвост» . Более того она сама по ее наблюдениям порекомендовала перевести его на «Row Food” и это сработало 👍. Сейчас мы уже поднабрали кг , активность возросла , так что надеюсь судьба нас свела неспроста -мой Харлюша будет здоров , только Благодаря Яне ( ветеринары , к сожалению нам не помогли ).
Хочу просто заверить «мамок и папок» своих любимцев , что они могут доверять Яне , она очень ответственна и любяще относится к своим подопечным💕! Огромное ей спасибо от меня и Харлюши 🌷
