Jessica has been grooming both my dogs for a while now. She is so reactive, responsive, professional and friendly, I could not recommend her more. She is very cautious of always doing the best grooming possible tailored to your dogs needs/breed as well as their well being which to me is really important. I have a Kerry Blue Terrier which is quite a rare breed with a specific cut and from day one Jessica said to me that she would study this cut specifically before our first appointment. She has been nothing but a dream and continues to do so in a consistent manner. Amazing work!!

Jessica has cut our Pom’s long and unruly hair for several years now. Initially Z was of a very nervous disposition- he would get sick and she would have to wash him more than once during his session. Jessica always did this without charging extra and he now goes readily for grooming without a fuss. She is professional, very experienced with cutting his long hair into the preferred teddy bear shape, and he always looks great after. I find communicating with her quick and easy and I always get an appointment within a day or two. I would highly recommend her and without hesitation.

I have been using Jessica for my dogs grooming services for a while now. She is very sweet kind and more importantly my dog loves her. He is a bit scared of everyone but she is so very gentle and sweet with him. We would not think of taking him anywhere else. The price is fair and making and appointment with her is easy.

Jessica is superb, our Shar-Pei Zeus dislikes water and bathing at home but he loves going to see Jessica for his routine grooming, she does such a great job with his dry skin, nails, coat and spends 2 hours grooming him, thank you so much Jessica you are the best! I’ve been taking my Yorkie to this grooming salon for five years, and I must say that I am always very pleased with the way Jessica professionally cares for our dog. Jessica is always very polite and happy to see every dog. The place is located near the park and shopping street, where you can go while you wait for your dog. Jessica always listens carefully to my wishes and our dog always gets a stylish haircut, a bow and a lovely clean smell after the visit. I can easily book a visit to Jessica over the phone at a convenient time for me. Jessica always gives useful advice for caring for our Yorkie's coat.

We moved to London 8 years ago and found Jessica as she is next door to the vet we chose. We quickly realised that we really lucked out! She groomed our very timid Bichon for years and always handled her with care. Gracie always came out looking great. We even kept bringing her back to Jessica after we moved a few miles away. We now take our 2 "full of beans" Shih-Poos to here as well, and she does a great job with them as well. It's easy to book an appointment, and the dogs are always ready at the agreed-upon pick up time. I highly recommend Jessica!

I don’t live in London anymore but am back quite often and make sure I take our family Westie to see Jessica every time I’m back, and my parents take him when I’m not around. He absolutely loves her and we love him to bits, but he doesn’t love everyone - Jessica won him over right away. You can tell she really loves dogs and takes pride in her work. She is really warm and friendly, but also very professional. I can’t recommend her highly enough and wouldn’t go anywhere else. :)

Jess is the only dog groomer I'd take my dog to in London. She is the best! Easy going, friendly, and a great sense of humour. Bella always comes back smelling and looking good- and I suspect Bella has had a nice little nap while drying even. Highly recommend.
