Alicia has been a fantastic partner for us, helping to raise our cockapoo from when he was 3 months old - she’s been so patient with our overconfident cheeky pup. We quickly felt comfortable leaving him in her care after an initial meet and greet. She shows such a genuine love and enthusiasm for looking after him, and he’s excited to visit every time. Alicia sends us updates throughout the day so we can see what fun they’re getting up to. On the more practical side, Alicia will follow any specific instructions we have (which is especially important when you have a young puppy and need consistency) and gives us plenty of notice for when she won’t be available. We’d highly recommend Kouklas for anyone looking for a more personal service than larger groups will usually be able to provide.

Alicia is a great dog walker! She's very flexible with days/times and always lets me know ahead of time when she'll be walking Jasmine. Very professional and reliable, in that she communicates with us when necessary and sends a reminder email in the middle of each month for date requests for the following month. We have a rescue pup, and she can be a bit particular, but Alicia is so accommodating. I know that Jasmine is always in good hands when she's with Alicia. We will continue to use Alicia as our dog walker for as long as we live in London.

Alicia provides a really professional and reliable dog walking service and she's super friendly and personable at the same. Our Jack Russell loves to see her (and he doesn't love to see everyone) and comes back from his walks tired and happy.
