S. D.I have been taking my Goldendoodle to Love My Human for several years and can highly recommend them. My dog gets very excited as soon as she realises we’re going there, and can’t wait to get through the door. The staff are all incredibly friendly and professional, and the quality of the grooming is excellent. They also offer useful extra services such as sonic toothbrushing, and fun but functional ones such as blueberry facials! Our dog always comes back happy, fragrant and beautifully presented. Great service 😊.
M. P.Such a lovely shop, the staff were kind and let me try endless coats on my dogs to get the right ones. My dogs loved it and made themselves very at home. Can’t wait to come back and hopefully use the grooming service too.
J. D.I can't recommend Love My Human enough. It was one of the best grooms my Yorkshire Terrier has had. The grooming space downstairs is absolutely lovely, with loads of space and even an outdoor area for the dogs to go. It is more like a human spa than a dog spa :-) The groomer asked lots of questions and was really interested wanted to know what I wanted in regards the groom, even asked if I had a photo of what I'd like. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone.
B. I.Took our 5yr-old King Charles Peps for the first time to Love My Human. Very pleased with the full trimming service we received. All the staff we met was very professional and caring. They listened how we wanted Peps to be trimmed and suggested a few ideas as well. When I went to pick him up, it was even better than I had imagined and Peps was a very happy boy. I am 100% sure we will be back. Highly recommend

R.My name is Lola and I am a cream dapple (on the left) and Bisou who is a silver dapple (on the right) ... and we are miniature long haired dachshunds ; we can say we had a wonderful grooming session on Tuesday 11th June, 2019 ; we had our summer clipping and were pampered by a very experienced professional bunch of humans who really loved us, like our parents !
We also had our nails done, and glands relieved...phew ! no more bottom rubbing on our parent's carpets for a while..heheh !
Bisou and I thoroughly recommend "Love My Human". We'll be going back of course.

M. M.I have never come across a local business that are so overwhelmingly caring and considerate for the wellbeing of their canine (and feline!) clients and their owners. The staff are always welcoming and knowledgeable and the groomers are second to none.
The products on offer are completely different to the same day to day that are on offer for your dog, from food and toys to harnesses and leads. Over the past year that I've been visiting I've thoroughly enjoyed my trips here with my dog and normally end up leaving with much more than I intended to having only brought him in for his regular groom.
I recently stopped by at the charity event they held and can tell you that love and care are at the heart of this local business. I cannot recommend you guys enough. See you soon!

The best groom my dog has ever had. My dog Pippa was so relaxed and I think she made some new friends in their creche. I even ordered a harness online and it was delivered promptly and was beautifully packaged.

A. M.My two dogs absolutely love this place! They drag me in every time we walk down the kings road and we are always greeted with smiles and treats. There’s a lovely selection of products in store and the staff are always attentive and knowledgable. The grooming space is lovely - just like a real spa! Very spacious so plenty of room for my labradors to run round playing with all the other dogs. They always come out smelling beautifully and are reluctant to leave! It makes me very happy to know they are in such good hands. We will be coming back very soon for a Christmas groom!
S. B.I love going into this shop because they have from the classic to the most unique products for your dog and for yourself. They have a great selection of goodies that make good Xmas sock fillers! If you are a dog lover this is a must go!

S. G.Pleasant groomers and good facilities. It's nice that you can watch - the only issue I had is that they do not crate the dogs before or after grooming which shouldn't be an issue, but I came in to find another dog owner holding my 5 month old dog and scolding her for barking. Not ideal, but also not entirely Love My Humans fault. Perhaps they could have a member of staff monitor the dogs in the waiting area if their owner is not present.

S. L. C.Love My Human has a fantastic grooming service. Less clinical and far more human approach towards dogs. The shop is also very interestingly stocked. Apart from offering a great service, it is also an independent business which in Chelsea is becoming a rare breed. Recommend for four legged friends!

The grooming spa downstairs is our little yorkie’s favourite place and she comes out looking great and smelling great, the best grooms she has ever had have been there and I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else now.
The owner Jenny, is so lovely and so great at making the store really exciting, we have been to a charity doggie fashion show they hosted which was fantastic and a very exciting book signing in the store for John Rendall’s Book ‘Christian the Lion’ So Happy to have bought a signed copy of the book and met this beautiful man in your shop. Keep up the great work LMH - we love you!

My one gripe is that the owner doesn't seem to care about all customers equally - definitely has her favourites which can be slightly off-putting if you are a regular then see on instagram that there are functions and rewards for more 'favoured' ones that you are not invited to... lol .

I have been taking my dog Leo for over one year now (Chocolate brown Labrador,) he is very fiesty and difficult to keep him under control, the Lovely Maisie always seems to do the best job at keeping him calm and at ease, he actually gets exited to go and see her! Maisie is not only amazing at her job but you can just tell she is very professional as well as passionate and that shows all over, I drop him off before work and collect him later that day, knowing he is in the best hands.
I can only give 5 stars, thank you Maisie and all the team at Love my Human.

S. O.Walking Shadow along Kin’gs Road, he would direct you to Love My Human. Few many times at night he would sit by the door and scratch the door knob , wanting to go inside.
It is his happy place , other than for having a great grooming , he looks forward for treats, kisses and cuddles from the staff.
He loves the crèche at the grooming area where he can socialise with other dogs , so we normally drop him off a little earlier and pick up a little bit later so he can hang out with other pampered pooches. The coolest place ,with chic items for your pooches.
