I have been using Jo as my cat sitter for the past year and she has done a phenomenal job. She is trustworthy, reliable and highly responsive. She is very flexible if plans change and you can always count that she will never cancel. Jo always send pictures of my cat Bella when she comes to visit along with an update of how she is doing. She has a genuine concern for the animals in her care and always wants to ensure that I have got back home to Bella safely. If I am coming back from a holiday she always messages to check there has been no delays incase she need to pop in and check on her again. Top notch cat sitter! 100% recommend.

Jo is an excellent cat-sitter. She’s reliable and trustworthy, sends regular updates and from the photos she sends when I’m away I can tell my normally quite shy cats like her too! She also goes out of her way to help - including once arranging to meet me at short notice as I had shut myself out of my flat and needed my spare keys! Highly recommend.

Jo has been an absolute hero for us. She looks after our BHS for us on weekends and longer holiday periods and means we can relax knowing our pet is being well looked after. Jo sends photo updates on each visit and our cat has clearly taken to her very quickly, enjoying play and cuddles with Jo. She is super reliable and we'd absolutely recommend her services to all pet owners.

I use Jo as a cat sitter and can't recommend her highly enough. She is great with the cats and is always very reassuring, sending me regular updates and pictures. I sometimes need to go away at short notice and it is helpful that she has always been able to accommodate.

Jo recently took care of our dog Rumple when we were on holiday in Scotland. I don't think Rumple wanted to come home! She and Jo's dog are now the best of friends. It's always hard to feel confident trusting the care of your dog to someone else but Jo put my mind at rest. I would be very happy to use Pads Paws and Claws in the future as. Highly recommended.

I am so pleased I have Jo walking Sputnik my little pug. - they absolutely adore each other!! When I was off work for several months I spent time meeting loads of dogs and their walkers when I took Sputnik out myself. Jo always seemed great with the dogs she was waking, completely attentive to them - I was so happy when she took Sputnik on. Jo us been completely reliable and incredibly helpful and flexible! I have total trust in her with my baby and know her attention is always focussed on the dogs she walks. I highly recommend her.

Jo has looked after Millie, my cocker spaniel, since she was a small puppy of only 10 weeks old and she has looked after Millie for 10 years now. There is no other person I trust more with Millie than Jo and I always feel confident that Millie is being looked after – and obviously having a great time playing with her friends on the Common! Jo’s number one priority is the dogs she walks and she always takes the time and care to know they will all get on well. As well as confidence in Millie’s wellbeing, we get the odd photo or text update to let us know what they are up to and who Millie is playing with on her trips out – always a highlight of the working day. In summary, I cannot recommend Jo highly enough!
