Nick, Estelle and Andrea are very diligent. They made sure they had more than enough details about our cat and out preferences. They were really flexible and quick to reply to any messages. Estelle was great at keeping us updated and sent lots of photos and videos during the visits. We’ll be using Pawpairs again and again and again!

Pawpairs is absolutely amazing! Our whippet puppy Cruiser just adores his day there each week. Nick, who runs the company, is an incredible private dog trainer and I know he sneaks in training with our pup whilst he's at day care which is an additional extra. The centre where the dogs stay when not out on walks is kept very clean and secure. It is spacious, light and airy with "chillout" areas for the dogs to rest or have a little time out when over stimulated. What's more, the team send photos and updates on our dogs day so we know he's safe, happy and having a great time. We visited several local day cares and would HIGHLY recommend. Leaps and bounds above the others.

Pawpairs are absolutely fantastic and we can’t recommend them highly enough! We have a very lively 14 month old French Bulldog who loves attention and playing, and dislikes being left alone- we were lucky enough to hear about Pawpairs when he was only a few months old and they’ve been looking after him ever since. We usually book our puppy in for at least 3 days a week- my husband and I both work shifts and therefore the days we need doggy daycare aren’t particularly regular but the team are super flexible even with weekends. One of the team will come and collect him from home in the morning and drop him back in the afternoon: he goes on regular walks, has plenty of playtime and they even manage to get him to rest occasionally which is by no means an easy feat! We get regular updates and photos of him on his many adventures during the day and it means we can go to work safe in the knowledge that our puppy is not only being well looked after but also having the time of his life! Nick runs everything very professionally and has been a great help to us- he’s very knowledgeable on dogs and has given us some great tips for training/health etc- our dog is definitely better behaved since being at Pawpairs! The whole team are super friendly and reliable and most importantly our puppy absolutely adores them all - despite being rather attached to us as soon as one of the team come to collect him he’s out the door without a second thought! I couldn’t imagine leaving our puppy in the care of anyone else and we’d be absolutely lost without Nick, Anne, Keith & all the Pawpairs team! I think the fact that on the days our dog doesn’t go out with them he sulks by the front door says it all!

Have been using Pawpairs several times a year for a good few years for our cat Fudge. We really enjoy having daily update pictures and friendly comments in WhatsApp chat from the carers about him; the whole experience is much more personal and entirely stress free for the cat compared to a cattery. We regularly use Pawpairs to look after and feed our two cats. The service is very well run and the photo updates put our minds at rest when we are away. Clifford and Mabel (the cats) are relaxed when we return and much happier staying in their own house rather than kennels or with friends. an easy 5 stars

We have been using Paw Pairs for nearly 5 years now for our cat Izzy and dog Olive. Cat Sitting: They are extremely reliable and lovely. Over the years they have provided many cat sitting services for us and are happy to administer medication for our little cat with IBD (alongside bring in post and packages while you’re away!). Dog care and grooming: Our dog genuinely looks forward to her Wednesdays in puppy care, runs to the door when the doorbell rings and comes home happy and exhausted. Dog grooming services also great - Olive looks like she’s had a spa trip after her grooms. Dog training: Nick also offers doggy training lessons - we did the 3-pack and the sessions were essential for us and the result is a well behaved little pup (with a complete addiction to chicken!). Can’t recommend Paw Pairs enough!

I cannot recommend the Pawpairs team enough. Mabel our Bichon joined them when she was only 16 weeks old and had the best time ever. She was totally spoilt by the team and loved spending time with all the other dogs. Sending her to Pawpairs was the best thing we could have done. I have used Pawpairs twice for the grooming of my Cavapoo, Flossie. I was very impressed with the groom (Cavapoos are difficult dogs to spruce up,) which maintained the coats character whilst cutting back the excess fur. Nick runs the team excellently, and on the very rare occasion we have had an issue it is dealt with professionally and promptly. Since Akilah joined the team, Pawpairs has got even better! She is without doubt the best cat sitter we have ever had and we trust her entirely with our cats and our home. Pawpairs has made our holidays and trips more enjoyable, as we can relax knowing our cats are in good hands and even when we have had flights delayed, or similar emergencies, they have helped us instantly with no hassle. It is one thing to have a good cat sitter in place when everything goes to plan, it is quite another to find a company that you can really rely on in times of need. We are so pleased we found them!

I came across Pawpairs online, before we brought home our miniature wire-haired dachshund Jeff, for the first time 6 months ago. I was searching for reliable dog minding options, for when we returned to work, and would have to leave Jeff at home. I was initially convinced by all of the positive reviews, and I have certainly not been disappointed with the service. Jeff has been going out with Nick, Anne, and the Pawpairs team every week for the last five months, and he absolutely LOVES his time with them. I have seen first hand how he reacts when Nick and Anne come to pick him up in the mornings. There is a certain type of excitement that I think he reserves just for them! I feel totally reassured on the days Jeff is with Pawpairs, as I know he is being looked after by people who I not only trust know what they are doing, but who I feel have as much of a fondness for Jeff as we do. The pics and videos we get while at work definitely cheer the day up. I always know he has had an active day playing, when he is with Nick and Anne, as he is usually sound asleep for the rest of the evening, once he comes home to us! Nick has also helped us with some training, which has been good fun - for us and for Jeff! I would recommend Pawpairs to any dog owners, and I don't think we, (or Jeff!) would be as happy with anyone else.

Pawpairs are our first port of call for looking after our Tacocat when we go away. Akilah comes in daily to take care of his needs and fuss over him. She sends detailed updates every day with photos and videos and it's plain to see that he absolutely adores her! We were away during the recent heatwave and she took special care to provide iced water for him to help combat the heat. She also does a number of extras - sorting out the post, taking out rubbish, taking care of plants and even vacuuming prior to our return. 5 star service, very friendly and accommodating and they provide complete peace of mind - thank you!

Pawpairs have been sorting out our old dog Frank's hair for a while now, and seeing as though he is nearing seventeen, the old chap requires quite a bit of patience! Nick and Amanda have been absolutely wonderful with him, extremely accommodating and understanding, and we are very happy to leave Frank with them for as long as the job takes. We have also tried other local businesses since moving here just under three years ago, and did not find the service to be anywhere near the standard we have encountered here. Highly recommended!

Nick came for at-home training sessions to help Fernando learn attention to name, sit, drop, paw, come, and up+down from furniture, before meeting us at the park to do recall training. It only took three sessions, spaced out every two or three weeks, with plenty of practice in between. Fernando is now an extremely well-behaved, pliable, and calm 10-month-old who has retained most of the training—which is saying a lot given that he has hit “adolescence”! Nick at Pawpairs looked after our cat, Charlie Chaplin, over the Christmas period as I completely forgot to book a cattery. We were totally impressed and overjoyed with the service - so much better than a cattery because I came home to a happy and smell free cat. Nick was utterly professional from start to finish. It is always going to be a bit nerve-racking handing your house keys over to a complete stranger, but he came to meet Charlie and I first and I felt totally at ease. Nick sent us pictures of Charlie every day, even on Christmas Day, and we came home to a diary noting down Charlie's behaviour and what he had eaten. It was such a thoughtful and personal service. Charlie is a little bit odd and doesn't always take to new people; by the end of the visit Nick had coaxed him downstairs and Charlie even reward him with a head bump. The service is also much more reasonable than a cattery and so we will be using Pawpairs whenever we go away. Nick even offered to water my plants! Nick and Anne looked after our cat Nibbles on two occasions over the course of about two weeks in August. My wife and I both thought it was a great service! The whole process was very thorough and professional: they met with us beforehand to discuss Nibbles' likes and dislikes and any special requirements. They were really flexible with timings and accommodated us quickly. And while we were away, they texted and sent through photographs that reassured us - this was a really nice touch! It's all at a reasonable cost that's comparable to a cattery and with bonus that Nibbles can stay at home and be very happy. Throughout this entire time, Nick formed a very strong bond with Milo such that Milo used to wait for Nick by the door! Nick was a big help in encouraging my food fussy pup to eat regularly, and maintained a consistent obedience and toilet training approach which went a long way to molding Milo's personality today. He always had time to catch up with us and allay any first-time puppy owner fears we had, and he sent us pictures almost daily so we never felt like we were missing out while at work. In addition, Nick always cleaned up after Milo during his visits including accidents and washing mud off Milo after his walks. It was difficult when we had to move out of the local area, and we know for sure Milo definitely misses Nick! We fully recommend Pawpairs to any new "puppy parents" and to all pet owners - you could not find anyone better!

My cats are incredibly shy and retiring with new people, but their team of professional kitten-whisperers seem to manage to not only lure them out for dinner, but also coax them into having a tickle, AND manage to capture photographic evidence to send on if you use whats app!
