L. T.Paws and Pause is genuinely amazing! So happy we found it to take care of our pup Ted. They take amazing care of the dogs in their care and it has been amazing to see how much more confident and social our dog has been since going. The weekend options are amazing too and cover the whole day which is great for us and means Ted can have a great day playing and getting enrichment. The staff are all amazing and genuinely care about your dog. Would highly recommend to anyone who is needing daycare for their dog in London.
L. B.Our lovely girl goes to Paws and Pause twice a week and she loves it! The staff are always friendly and happy to help and they really do have the dog's best interest at heart. She has been coming since she was a 14 week old pup and every evening after her daycare day she is tired and happy. 10/10 would recommend.
K. H.Paws and Pause is honestly the best thing I could have ever done for my then puppy and now full grown doggo. She comes home tired after learning new skills and having enrichment games all day. I also really appreciate how socialized my dog has become and how good her understanding of boundaries with other dogs is after being at Paws and Pause for nearly a year. The team is the best and we love how Grace and Jodie have created a space and business with a mission that really means something and empowers others.
S. G.I really love the team and P&P. Not only is this a social enterprise, but they are so engaged with the dogs. They constantly post stories on Instagram so you can see all the enriching activities the dogs are doing - and they have qualified trainers on site. They will give feedback on how your dog behaved and give tips on training and behavioural issues. The most important thing is that my dog LOVES P&P and will drag me there in the morning :) then he is all tuckered out in the evening!

I first brought my pup to the puppy socialisation course which was brilliant in gently helping my nervous dog to get used to being in the company of, and then playing with, others. Since then she has blossomed into a confident teenager who loves to go to daycare there - she's always enthusiastic when she realises where we are going, and always well looked after when we get there.

When I first started taking him there nearly 18 months ago, I would obsess over the updates from the team to make sure he’s ok - now I just know he’s having the best time and it’s a great way to switch off from being a doggy daddy for a bit. The team are amazing, clearly all love what they do, and I have 100% confidence in them with my dog. I’m in the fortunate position where if I’m not WFH, I can take my dog to work, but I’m keeping him at Paws & Pause as I know he loves it so much! You won’t regret meeting this team

D. C.Betsy has been going to Paws and Pause for 7 months and absolutely loves it, she literally drags me there. The space is so comfy with lots of variety and quiet corners for the dogs who need that. They are always mixing the day up with outdoor play, enrichment games, and nap times (I don't know how they do it!). And I can watch via their Instagram how the dogs are getting on, which I really appreciate as you can really see how they interact. The volunteers really love the dogs and want the best for them, letting you know if there have been any issues or concerns. They also have a behaviourist Iona to support with any ongoing challenges. And the weekend options has been a bit of a lifesaver at times

K. N.My pups adore Paws and Pause. They love the combination of an outdoor area they run free in plus an indoor space for chilling. The staff are lovely and clearly enjoy being surrounded by doggos. They only take a limited number of dogs per day so the pups get lots of attention.

F. V.We’ve been sending our pup to P&P for a few months after spending a while selecting the right daycare for us and our dog. In summary: I’m so happy we found P&P! Jodie and Grace are clearly so passionate about dogs which makes for a fantastic and enriching environment for the pups. There is a great mix of indoor chill out time and outdoor play (which a lot of daycares don’t offer without having to ship your dog off in a van for an hour to the countryside). The centre is large and clean and there are never too many dogs. Throughout the day, we get photos and videos of the pups and the team are always happy to provide any additional care which may be required (ie lunch time feeds for young puppies etc). Ultimately, the proof is how excited our dog gets whenever she goes to see her friends at P&P - she’s a very happy doggy and that’s really all I can ask for!
J. A.When you're dog can't speak to you it's so reassuring to see how excited he can get when heading in the direction of paws and pause, the tail starts to wag! Jumping all over the car and then the pulling to the door! Jodie and Grace have been amazing looking after our pup and we couldn't be more grateful! Nothing was ever too much (even the hand feeding when training), I could not recommend them enough! My only fault is that when I would go to collect my dog he would rather stay there and wouldn't even acknowledge me, I suppose that just says it all. THANK YOU! X

O. M.We love Paws & Pause, Jodie and Grace have created a fun space where dogs can play and relax, as well as going out for daily adventures in the local parks. They are friendly, kind and calm, even when our 9 month-old Staffy is in a 'mood'. Juno always has a great time and is completely exhausted after a day with her puppy pals. The social enterprise side is a nice touch, and means the dogs always have plenty of caring people around as well as giving opportunities to those who may need it.

They have a great set up in a convenient location at an affordable rate compared to other day cares in the area. I also love that it's a social enterprise so I feel I am doing something good with my money at no extra cost to me. My dog is ridiculously happy there and I know he is well looked after. It's been great for his socialisation and also helped him learn how to play. I can't recommend them highly enough.

M. S.Bruce loves going off to spend the day with Grace and the other dogs at Paws and Pause. I completely trust that he is in a safe space and being well looked after, not just locked up all day bored, if I left him at home. What I like is that Grace sometimes sends me videos and photos throughout the day too! The fact that the girls and dogs are prompting positive mental health is great too.
