If you have a dog(a), you need Carol in your life! Not only our puppy’s been having all the best hand picked natural treats from her (rabbit ears as natural dewormer, salmon skin rolls and cod cubes for shiny coat, raw bones for healthy oral hygiene, lamb shoulder and venison strips just cuz! etc, I can go on forever), she cares for your dog as a family member, not a business transaction. Our puppy is under her care and getting all the nutritional advises since we got him at 9 weeks old, and he’s now 6 months old, super happy, super healthy, we can’t imagine our life without her, she’s literally our (and many many other’s) lifeline!

I have a puppy Newfoundland - and they are top of the list in terms of grooming difficulty. Carol takes all of this in her stride. She makes my pup feel calm and she never forces him in uncomfortable positions. She reads dogs so well and she knows when it’s time for them to take a break. She has the patience of a saint and I wouldn’t trust any other groomer from now on. Carol has so much knowledge about grooming and she comes with a little bag of natural paw biscuits for your pooch, which I thought was a lovely touch. He looks majestic every time he’s been groomed with Carol. I’ve also ordered the mixed treats bags from Carol many times and what a hit they are? They are all natural (so you know they don’t have any nasties in them) and my dog loves them. There are natural treats and longer lasting chews and I recommend trying all of them as your dog will decide which they prefer, and then re-order those. I honestly feel so lucky having met Carol- she will treat your dog with the same love, care and respect you do. She’s the go-to dog guru in this town.

Highly recommended I have a paraplegic and an aggressive dog Poobears was so gentle and patient with them both rex never let anyone near him but he absolutely loves Carol and we love her She always put the dogs needs first and not money . I rescued my dog and couldn’t find a groomer who would groom him because they were scared. I found poobears and they couldn’t have helped me anymore , when I’ve needed grooming done they have been there when I’ve had problems and my vet wouldn’t help me poobears did , anything you need help with they help my dog loves when carol comes , wouldn’t go anywhere else
