A. P.Sniffles is a great neighbourhood spot for dog grooming and dog sitting. The staff are incredibly friendly and professional. As a new client I was asked to fill out a form with the details of the pooch after making an appointment. The only thing that was slightly awkward was that the final price for the treatment - wash, ear cleaning, brush and nail clipping - was not provided until the end. I was expecting to be provided a price range at the time of booking the appointment. A wash, ear cleaning, brush and nail clipping for a small Patter Jack was £35.
M.I came to Sniffles on a cold January morning in 2021 (in the middle of lockdown 2) with my 3.5 month puppy. Cece and I were greeted by the warm and amiable Donika and we haven't looked back since. We've been using both the daycare and grooming services for 7 months now. Service and professionalism is flawless and Cece absolute loves it - the Sniffles team have become her extended family! Here, you will find a family-run business with owners who care about the welfare and happiness of the dogs, people who are honest and fair and will treat you with the warmth and kindness that we so dearly need after recent times. I wouldn't be able to juggle the demands of my job (WFH or RTW) and have a healthy, happy, well-socialised dog without their continuous help and support. They do get booked up quickly, so if you're thinking of RTW plans, it is best to reach out sooner rather than later. Thank you Sniffles!
J.My first time going to Sniffles On Fleet Road as it was a last minute rush to get my puppy’s hair cut during the Christmas/ New Years period they managed to squeeze me in but I was soo nervous as he’d never gone there before but let me tell u it was worth EVERY PENNY! Both of the ladies in there were really sweet to me & my puppy ( he diddnt wanna leave in the end lol) and I loved how they listened to what I wanted done! He came out PERECT !! 100% recommend going there if you want a good quality groom.

J. F.Herbie had never been to a groomers before and had lots of matted bits, he's only 10 months old. I walked in without an appointment and was lucky enough to slot into a cancellation and they were able to deal with Herbie straight away. The team at Sniffles worked on him for three hours and he came back looking AMAZING. The staff were really friendly, highly expert and provided a fantastic service and really good value considering how long they worked on him. Highly recommended!
m. p.Just got back, My dog Wednesday is incredibly nervous at groomers after a bad experience and the staff at Sniffles were so lovely! Really took the time to make sure she was ok. She came back tail wagging through the little lovely daycare in the front.
She was Groomed, shampooed, nails cut and glands done all for a great price! Will definitely come back ♥️
M. C.Sniffles offers real top quality services. The staff really care about you and making your dog happy and comfortable while in their care. They're very friendly and helpful and do an fantastic job! I'd really recommend them!
