K9-5 are great! I've been using their services for four years now since I moved from NYC to London with my dog, Gretchen. I use them for Gretchen's daily walks as well as boarding and training. Ivana is great and very helpful, Kremena is an amazing walker (she really cares and looks after the dogs), and Aga has taught me many great tips for training. I cannot recommend them enough!

these guys have walked my girl for a while. Mostly good service but does come down to the walker you get. Ivana - the owner- is a bit like a madam of dog walking. She only pays the walkers per hour rather than per hour per dog. So the poor walkers can be walking four dogs at a time and still only make minimum wage. Seems a bit rough that Ivana keeps the whole profit of any additional dog when it is the walker that puts in all the effort. If you like your walker you should go direct to them not through this place

We used this service for over 6 years. All of the staff that we came in contact with were absolutely wonderful. They were caring, cautious and very responsible. They never missed day or were late, be it rain or shine! Our dog loved their walks and always came home happy and tired; which is a great testament to the fact that she actually got a good run around! More importantly, the care was individual. She always walked with a small group of dogs and we never had to worry that she would get lost in a crowd of 20, like you see with other walkers! We can not praise Ivana enough for the love and attention she gave our dog. She is superstar and runs the best, most professional and customised dog service in K&C, by far... and we have tried many! Don't be fooled by vans and advertising of others. If you want the best, you have found it in Ivana and K9 to 5!

"I want to thank Ivana and Ailsa at The K9 to 5 Club for the (4 and a half!) years of me knowing that if I ever needed anything for my dog Leila and more recently Keano that I only had to ask. Knowing you were there has been very reassuring, and I do realize all the the work that must have been involved on your part, with dogs coming and going, weather, dogs needing to go to the vet, remembering everything, and I don't think you have ever let us down once in all the time! so a really big thank you from all of us, and most of all from dear Leila, to whom you and the walkers have given so much pleasure and love over the years."
