Sarah has been taken care of our two cats in November and she was absolutely amazing! She sent messages to me daily and she even lent us her time-feeder to make sure my chubby cat not over eating in the morning/starving during the day and keeping his feeding routine. Sarah had playtime with our cats too and even managed to made my chubby cat to exercise with some toys. It is clear how much she cared about my cats and she took a lot of time to make each of them feel loved and well taken care of. The site itself is very easy to use, quick to register and they are very responsive. I would highly recommend this company to anyone with cats.

We've been using the London Cat Sitting Co for around 4 years now and can't fault them. They make it really easy to book, it's really well organised and the sitters are incredibly reliable. All of the cat sitters we've had have been fantastic, and when our cat was seriously injured whilst we were on honeymoon, they made sure she got the care she needed until we got home. We have used the London Cat Sitting Company for five holidays of various lengths now. We’ve had three cat sitters, who have all been great. Most recently, Amanda has been looking after our elderly cat and doing a wonderful job, showing him lots of love despite his somewhat smelly demeanour due to age-related digestive problems! Amanda is thoughtful and sends us photos and videos which are very reassuring to receive given how frail our cat is these days. Our cat has a lot of accidents and creates a lot of mess, but Amanda always goes above and beyond, doing a significant amount of cleaning and leaving the flat in great condition for our return. We feel incredibly lucky to have found such an amazing cat sitter and company!

Amanda is such a gem! My cat loves her when she comes to take care of him. We always return home to a very happy cat that we know has been very well looked after. Amanda knows how much we miss our boy when we are away so she makes sure to take lots of pictures and videos to keep us updated, which we are grateful for. Following an initial miscommunication, our experience with this service was seamless. We opted for a live in cat sitter who took great care of our 3 beasties for a week. The London Cat Sitting Company introduced us to Amanda, who was amazing, she was meant to visit our cat, Thomas, every day, but actually visited twice a day as Thomas is good at hiding and she wanted to make sure he was fine and was eating well. Amanda topped up his food and water and changed the litter tray every day, the place was clean and tidy when we returned from our holiday. Our cats were miserable when we put them in a cattery and so I wanted a solution which meant they could stay in home territory. Our cats took to our cat sitter Niina immediately, she has a lovely way with them. One of our cats needed regular medication and Niina was amazing at dealing with the additional care needed- even with a grumpy cat who wasn't particular happy with being given eye drops. As a cat sitting company I thought the service was good but I wanted overnight stay as I would be away for a long period of time and my partner and I both work from home and my cat is used to human presence. In the past when we go away we gave my cat to my mum but due to leaving for our wedding all my friends and familly were not around. I contacted them over a month before my trip and was told someone would do it. 4 days before leaving I contacted the girl who was going to do the overnight stay and I was informed that she won't do it. So I contacted the head office and I was assured someone would do the job. 2 days before leaving I was told I would only have the the day visits which are just 30min a day apparently. I was not very happy about it but 2 days before I was not in a position to find another service. I was not happy about how this was handled. But my cat was taken care of so cannot complain about that and the girl who did taker care of her did a good job.

These guys are good. Surprised at the aggro below - they've helped us out a few times and have been good. Not sure what they could do better - you can book online, rates are reasonable when you consider London cost of living, the lady who has done sitting for us is sweet, seems competent and loves cats which are the main qualifications for the role. We once booked late and Remi wasn't buzzing about it but it got sorted - and we were the ones who put that pressure on them not the other way round. We'll keep using - I think most people are happy with their service else they wouldn't have a business.

I have owned London Cat Sitting Company since 2006 and very proud of how much we have grown and the service we provide to cat owners. Unfortunately from success comes envy and over the past couple of months, my company has experienced a barrage of people who have never used our service leaving 1 star reviews. Most have been removed by google or the reviewers themselves. Some of these such as the latest from CarrieAnne Tough are from people who have never contacted us or have disagreed with something I have blogged about or said on social media and some from clients we have turned down. In any business there will be clients and even business owners that clash. It's a known fact that I shoot straight from the hip and don't always believe the customer is always right. In 11 years I have seen it all. A testament to the quality service we provide is our success and longevity. I will be providing a longer statement on the web site and our social media platforms shortly.
