M. K.My dog happily runs to meet the Urban Mutts workers. He seems to like it here, which means I like it too.
This is the first place in London where people agreed to take care of my chow chow. Sofia is a wonderful groomer, I am very grateful to her, my dog has never looked better.
The people who work here always try to help and support, which is nice and important. Unfortunately, not always everything you ask can be done, but in general I am glad that I found this place. We will be regular customers.
S. N.We got our Charlie last year and spent a lot of trying different places and this one's by far is the best! The same faces every time you go, they are friendly and remember who you and your pet are. Charlie is more than happy to go here which says everything to me. The grooming team is wonderful and there is a window so you can see your pooch being pampered or in the case of Charlie a well deserved haircut!!! I could not recommend this place enough!!! Thank you Mutt Squad and see you again soon!!!!
S. I.Our crazy Sparkeyboy loves spending time there as it's fun and he gets to socialise with other paw pals. The staff are pretty good with dogs and takes care of them well. He's always tired (and calm) when I collect him so he's getting exercised very well and trust me, for a boisterous puppy who gets walked ~8miles a day, that's a big thing!

The online booking system is easy to use. The location always immaculately clean. Our dog is always really excited when we get there and comes home tired and fulfilled!
M. T.At my own admission, I’m a really really difficult dog mum who only wants the best for her fur baby. After a serious vetting of London dog care facilities, I was most impressed by UM. Our dog has been coming on/off for the last 12 months and I wouldn’t trust anyone else but Barry and his team with my fur child. The site is impressive in style and impeccably clean. Barry and the team have a wealth of knowledge and experience which means I get feedback/tips and anything else I may ever need. They are also extremely flexible. Thank you to Barry and team for meeting my unreasonably high expectations.
T. J.Attentive and friendly place. My dog absolutely loves it there. The staff obviously love dogs and are just so welcoming. The owner is often there and is chatty and on hand with advice and feedback. The facilities are great and the communication is very good. My puppy stayed overnight and they assessed her in the few weeks before to make sure she would be OK to stay and not disturbe the other dogs too much.
I wouldn't hesitate to send my puppy there again, she has the best time and is always happy to leave me at the foyer.

We were disappointed with the overall first booking we had last Saturday. Booked our furboy in for a trial first followed by a half day booking. The owner was present and quite chatty and said that since its our boys first time we couldn't just book him for such a time. They charged us £15 for less than an hour "trial" and then he sat with us to discuss booking a consultation first costing £175.00 (I mean really?) All we wanted was to leave our fur boy with other dogs to help with his socialisation skills and also have some fun..and for the trained staff to take care of him for a few hours whilst we could watch a movie and maybe get a bite to eat. It was our first time at the mall since lock down so we welcome the break but it was cut too short..also having to pay £6.50 for parking. I don't think we'll be visiting Urban Mutts again. Disappointing
C. G.We had a wonderful experience with Urban Mutts! It was the first time my dog Charlie was staying away from me for so long (10 days). Everyone took care of him so well, he had so much fun during the day and when he was missing me at nights Sofia, the night handler, took him in bed with her. Also, Charlie was lucky enough to spend a couple of nights at Amber’s place (one of Urban Mutts’s trainer) - under my permission. Amber had a good play with him and allowed him to snooze next to her on the sofa watching TV. My baby received much love and cuddles and was very confident and in good shape when he came back home. Highly recommend!
