We've just had our 8 month old Havanese dog Coco trimmed and spruced up for the first time. We are very pleased with Coco's first visit, he looks absolutely amazing. Thank you for a very professional service. We have no problem recommending you to others. 23/08/22 We've just had Coco visit the groomers for the third time and again he looks amazing, thank you for your skill and attentiveness towards our little boy.

Just brought our 8 month old Cavapoo called Buddy home after his first groom with Sharon. He looks amazing and smells even better. Sharon explained that Buddy’s face needs more grooming at home to stop the knots. Buddy doesn’t like me brushing his face and ears so Sharon kindly explained how I can do it for the future. Very happy with the service and grateful for the advice. See you very soon for Buddy’s next groom. xx

Visited today with my new Rescue . She is a gentle soul from Romania who upto arriving with me has never experienced kindness and attention . Louise and Sharon treated he like their own . She was bathed in special shampoo and gently dried . Her neglected coat needs a lot of care and I am happy that this is the place she will be treated with love and care. .

Sophie is a very nervy dog, who hates being groomed. At her last groomers they kept her for five hours, and I arrived to find her shaking and traumatised. Today she left ypur premises a happy, well groomed dog! You obviously really love dogs; it is not just a job for you and it really shows. Just had our 14 year old Yorkshire Terrior Mitsi groomed at Dogz N Togz she is old and very nervous and of late have had problems with her letting groomers do her face she came back today looking fantastic knew it would not be easy for the groomer but best cut she has had for a couple of years well recommend this business best groomers in the area.

Amazing groomer my dog is always happy. Sol42 was unhappy because she was challenged for neglecting her dog which was in a terrible state (i was present when she collected her dog) she was advised that she should have been reported and that her dog needed urgent medical attention because it had a chronic ear infection. Owners like that do not deserve animals. My dog always looks amazing, and i’ve always had valued advice. I wouldn’t use anyone else

This is Dogz & Togz here replying to Eldit07 and Migenta Manchester, we rang the two women to let them know that the dogs were much knottier then they said when they brought them in and they will have to be cut shorter and they agreed. It was explained to the customers that because of Covid-19 the dogs needed to be picked up immediately after their grooming session, when contacted about pick up they proceeded to put the phone down on us, 4 hours later they turned up for the dogs after they had said they were out shopping, it states on the door that only one customer is allowed in the shop at a time, which one lady was already in the shop currently so there is now 3 people in the shop at this point, they were very rude and bad mannered when told they needed to be here sooner to pick the dogs up, the original lady in the shop began to tell them how rude they were being and they were extremely aggressive towards her also, this lady works for Silver Fox and had a very frighted rescue dog with her. At no point we’re the dogs medicated or mistreated here, they were very relaxed during the groom, the stress may be because they had been left for so long, we have reported this to google because this is an incorrect review and an illegal one with includes false allegations.

I took my cat Larry in here, he is a long haired cat so he struggles to maintain himself, he had a day in dogz and togz and had a really nice trim and wash, the second time I requested a shave so he can maintain himself better, he looks a lot better with short hair, I had a slight problem with he's legs and as soon as I phoned I was advised I could call back. He is a very hard animal to do as he is very nervous over all I am happy to keep taking him back here as I see a different mood when he comes home he is full of confidence, and very clean. 5stars from me 😁

Have a Newfoundland hard to find some were you can trust with your best friend leaving in a stranger's hands for the first time but more than happy with the care and the outcome of my canine companion grooming loves it here once out the car makes a bee line for the door to get in your dog loves it it must be good thanks again see you soon
