Fantastic experience, highly recommend! Yesterday we took our 13 week old puppy for her first swim and as soon as we arrived we received the most wonderful and friendly welcome from the lady at the desk. She showed us through to the waiting area and was so kind with our dog. When we entered the swimming area we met Chelsea who was the hydrotherapist who worked with our pup. I can honestly say it is so clear she loves her job. She showed such compassion and care and even in between bursts of swimming she was working the whole time be it interaction with our pup, playing or massaging her to keep her calm and relaxed. Our pup came away tired and happy with a very waggy tail. The changing facilities are great too with lovely heated flooring. Would love to go back soon!

Staff incredibly friendly. Our dog Bjorn goes absolutely nuts when going anywhere near this place. Instructors know their stuff, pool is good, with option to go in with your dog. Afterwards, there is a washing station for your dog which is perfect to get the pool smell and chemicals off him. Staff and facilities 10/10.

Went for the first time tonight. My puppy used her damaged leg since her accident. She was full of beans when we got home and even ate her food which was concerning me. Regardless of the outcome for her leg I will take her back as she loved the swimming. Fantastic staff thank you. .

Fantastic local resource and a must do if your dog has arthritis and needs safe supportive exercise with a qualified knowledgeable hydrotherapist. Once assessed you can book swimming for just you and your dog... totally brilliant and Irene, Haley and the rest of the staff are so lovely and friendly. Cannot wait to play with my lab in the pool together! Do book in advance as very popular especially if you would like a hydrotherapist to work with your dog.Would certainly recommend you give it a go!! You and your dog will not be disappointed!

My dog had an operation on his back left leg and then the same on his back right leg within a year of each other, the vet recommended we try dog swimming with him so we booked him in to come here. He absolutely loves it and we take him down every week for a session. The pool it’s self is big, I could easily swim in it myself and there’s shower facilities to clean your dog afterwards too. Chelsea swims with him every week and they love each other! Chelsea is extremely knowledgeable and enthusiastic and pushes dogs to help them with their recovery. She is a credit to k9 swim and has been a huge help to our dogs recovery and overall well-being. Thank you chelsea and K9 swim!

Willow needed to go to hydrotherapy because she has hip dysplasia. The staff are so friendly and your pet is looked after amazingly. Willow is really excited when we go and tries to swim on her own. 10 out of 10.

Excellent grooming place and very friendly staff . My Bichon frise ( Ted ) went for his first groom at k9 Swim and I was thrilled with the results. Ted seemed to have enjoyed the experience and came out with a pawsome cut and super soft , looking and smelling amazing. Again would highly recommend this place for a fabulous cut for your pooch X

We have just got back from a wonderful and promising induction session for our paralysed girl, Ella. The compassion and genuine care shown by all staff for the dogs is wonderful (they even gave us one of their slings to help Ella rehabilitate at home - for the staff here, it isn't "just a job" - it's a genuine desire to help dogs. You can see that from the photos and it's wonderful that we were allowed in the pool too. Ella has never swam before and she hates baths, but by the end of the session, she was playing with a ball in the pool and trying to use her back legs and the advice we were given was invaluable. The entire centre is very clean and well equipped with a dryer to help dry your dog off after the session. We're coming back on Saturday and can't wait until Ella's more confident in the pool, so her brother, Frankie can join in too.

A relaxed, patient instructor whom knows her stuff and provides some really good advice. My Jess loves water but at 11y/o has never actually swam. Now with some extra weight and arthritis, shes is loving swimming. She's so giddy afterwards. It like having a puppy again. Then after an hour or 2 she's zonked lol

Great swim therapy for our 11yr old German shepherd with very dodgy back legs. She loves the water ,we have to try and hold her back as soon as she sees the pool she wants to jump in. Swim support vests are available in all sizes ,our Poppy is 47kg so they do cater for all. The staff are great as on occasion due to work commitments we have had to change appointments and they have accommodated us , with the next available slot. We go in with Poppy ourselves as she is a daddy's girl and he has to be with her. Remember to take your own assortments of balls to encourage exercise. Showers are available for both parent and dog everything is there for you . 5 star I say . Well worth a visit X

This place is amaizing and the staff are so lovely and knowledgeable, our dog lives his swim time and you csn give him a quick wash and dry afterwards. I bought a shampoo it smell amaizing. I highly recommend this place xx

Absolutely brilliant, friendly staff make you feel at home. They taught my dog to swim from young and also taught him to like water and feel safe. I've now been using this place for over 2years now and my dog loves coming here all the time and I would highly recommend that if your dog isn't confident enough in the water then I suggest this is the place to bring them. The staff have a really good work ethic and have a passion for dogs and treat them like their own. I now use the pool unassisted for my dog and sometimes get in just to play with him. The facilities they have for your pet are also brilliant for after their swim as you can shower them dry them and also use their shampoo if you don't have any with you or even buy some from them while your there. Excellent 10 out 10 overall 👌

Lovely place, great staff and the pool is a decent size for large dogs. Only downside is that you have to wait quite a bit for an appointment as it's very popular , but totally worth it, especially if your pup is scared of water and you would like them to learn to swim.

Millie had her first induction swim today. She can be a nervous timid dog at times and I was worried that she would just growl at the trainer and refuse to engage. How wrong I was. Kieran was brilliant with her and within minutes she was swimming around the pool. By the end of the session she was fetching the pool and getting in and out of the pool with confidence even jumping. Customer service was fabulous, I'm sorry I didn't catch the lady on the receptions name but thank you for being so lovely. Will definitely be bringing Millie back soon. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to give their dog a positive experience. I couldn't stop smiling the the drive home.

Amazing place!! My friends dog loved the swimming pool. The lady in the pool taking the session was lovely, attentive, chatty, friendly and hard working. Changing rooms and showers are available and there is a rest area and shop for dog toys and sweets. There is also a doggy grooming parlour upstairs. One stop shop for all canine needs.

Love it the staff are so knowledgeable and nice. My dog slipped a disc two years ago and she hated the water at first. Now she loves it and it keeps her back end strong . The pool is heated and a great experience to get in and swim with your dog. We both have great fun.

The staff here are absolutely lovely, and very good at what they do. I always feel welcome and my dog is very well looked after. It's great value for money too. There isn't a car park but there is some on street parking outside and nearby. Pleased to have found this place, I can't fault it.

Fantastic idea to help a dog with back trouble to strengthen their muscles and learn to use their legs again, our dachshund has had several operations to fix her back, but she's very quickly learnt to walk and get her strength back at a mere fraction of the cost. The staff are friendly and really care about helping the dogs, and can even have fun with toys in the water. Highly recommend this place, its fun for both owner and dog!

It was my rottweiler males 1st time so he was very unsure at 1st and used quite alot of his energy up through panic so I just think for a 1st visit the 30 minute slot should be able to be done over 2 sessions just so he could become accustomed too it..ww only managed to do 15 mins as he was shattered...So glad I took him though.
