We have just come back off holiday and had our dog Toby in theses kennels and I can't praise these enough he looked really well when we picked him up. We would like to say a big thank you to nieve for looking after him. We rang a few times and emailed and they reasured us that he was doing really well. We will deffo be taking Toby back to see his friends.

We were extremely skeptical about leaving our beagle, Belle, in a kennel after we had had a bad experience elsewhere previously. She has now been on her holidays here twice (once for 1 night & the other for 3 nights) and I must say i am extremely pleased. She comes back content, clean & well looked after each time. I have no reservations now about leaving her here knowing she is getting good care & well looked after. See you for her summer holidays!

Very friendly staff, our puggle Dana loves the place and drags us to the door each time we arrive to drop her off. The prices are very reasonable. We were nervous leaving her at a kennel but we trialed for one night and have now used Springbank each time we go away

My pets have just returned from their holiday at the kennels, one of my dogs is blind and deaf due to her age and her additional care needs were met , my larger dog was very happy with her stay and both my cats were settled and eating despite one being very timid. It's a lovely place staffed by lovely people. The on site grooming salon is a bonus too, my dogs are still smelling nice a couple of days later. I would certainly recommend springbank farm to anyone who wants the best for their babies.

Our puppy went to stay at Springbank Farm for 6 days whilst we were away. Debbie was the lady we met when we dropped her off and she was so lovely and made us feel really relaxed leaving our pup. The young girl working with Debbie was also really lovely and friendly. I felt comfortable leaving our puppy in their care. Our dog was absolutely fine when we picked her up and glad to see us, obviously. She seemed very happy.

These girls know DOGS! my German shepherd loves it here and comes home happy every time. They have the best daily routines and put a personal touch to every dog they care for. The groomer is outstanding too. I can never get his coat looking so fine. Always go above and beyond to help out with anything you need or want. There is NO other kennel that I would use.

My two dogs absolutely love staying here. We have used this kennels twice and never been disappointed. We can go away on holiday with piece of mind knowing they are happy and being looked after. Would defiantly recommend.

Very clean kennels with underfloor heating for the colder days, and aircon for warmer days. There is an indoor exercise area and a secure field which I didn't see. Staff seem very pleasant. Was visiting with a view to my dog staying

The lovely people at Springbank Farm looked after my two dogs for the week whilst we were holiday. I can honestly say that they are one of the best, friendliest and most professional dog kennels in the area. Our dogs seemed relaxed and happy when we were reunited with them and looked like they had been taken care of to a very high standard. Couldn't recommend this place more for anyone anxious about leaving their pets with strangers when you go away - I can assure you they are in safe hands and your pets will have a blast.

I left my dog, Panda (who is very timid) with Amanda and the team for a week. It was her first ever week in kennels and we were a bit worried that Panda might have found it stressful given her nature but not only did she love it at Springbank, I'm convinced that she would like to have stayed a bit longer! I can't praise the staff highly enough - they were polite, friendly, reassuring and very professional. The kennels are kept immaculately clean and I can tell that my dog was treated like anyone would want their pet to be treated, I have to honestly say that it is my firm opinion that the person who gave this establishment a bad review must have a personal vendetta against them or just love being spiteful. Keep up the good work Team Springbank....Top marks :)

I put my two cats here for 13 days. One of my cats was not eating and staff contacted me on holiday to let me know that they would be taking him to the vets if this continued. He was taken by Amanda and had an injection which gave him an appetite. I was truly grateful for the care both my cats were given, and the contact by staff throughout my cats stay, to keep me up to date of how they were. My other cat loved it there. I would recommend springbank farm 100%.

Springbank was recommended to us by a neighbour for mums dog. We have used a couple of different kennels, but this one is by far the best. We always have peace of mind when we take mum away , knowing that her little Archie is being well cared for. The kennels are lovely and the staff are very friendly and professional I'll also be booking Archie in for a groom for his Christmas treat ! Lovely to meet Zoe the new groomer.

Have used this place for years. Very understanding about my awkward dog, that he prefers to be left alone whilst there. A definite recommend, but always book early as they get full fast!!

You will never find a more wonderful and caring team. I met them by referral when I had a young Rottweiler, after coming back off holiday my dog had had the best time. After that when I would take him, he would jump out my car, run to the door, and be so excited to be there. As an owner couldn’t ask for more. I now have a boxer, she is unbelievably needy and demanding, they treat her with so much love, but also over the years the staff there are just clearly wonderful animal people. You won’t find anywhere, or anyone better

First time taking our 7yr old Golden Retriever, Jett, to Springbank. They fit us in at short notice and all the friendly staff were welcoming. Our dog left happy and well cared for. Will definitely use again in the future. We recommend this kennel to anyone and everyone if you want peace of mind, fair prices and to leave your dog in good hands. We always take our Basset hounds to spring bank farm we have done for thirty years . The staff are always welcoming and our dogs are treated like they are their own and always come back well looked after. I would recommend these kennels to anyone especially since the refurbishment Thanks Amanda .

Our cat stayed there over Christmas for two weeks. We brought our own treats that I have specifically asked the owners to give to our cat when we came over to collect our cat the treats were untouched and the cattery owner said that they gave their own treats instead. This might be a small thing to some pet owners but I specifically asked to use our treats because that's what our cat is used to! Maybe next time you should actually listen to the customer and not ignore requests like this!

Dropped off milo and gunner off for 11 days wonderful and friendly staff I felt very comfortable leaving them in their care as it was the first time leaving them. They do a wonderful dog grooming service both dogs were happy when picking them up highly recommend Springbank Farm kennels

Our dog has been going to Springbank Farm regularly for a number of years, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. The staff – all of them – are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, and they clearly care about their ‘residents’. The kennels are always very clean. Go and see for yourself!

I was so grateful to the kennels, they took my boy at short notice even arranged fort to be picked up from home. I had been so worried how I was going to cope after a hospital stay but Sunny bank took my worry away and so helpful. I feel less stressed knowing they are there. He gets spoilt he loves the girls they are polite knowledgeable helpful, it's our numbers holiday home for our pet!!!
