My dog has just had her first day here and was very nervous about going in and then anxious when she was introduced to other dogs and I can't praise the staff enough for the way they looked after my dog; they were so caring and patient, very knowledgeable about dog behaviour and I know that going to the Doggy House on a regular basis, will help my dog to be more confident and she will have fun!

Can not speak highly enough of this daycare. Staff massively dug me out of a hole when I’d forgotten to book taxi’s with the daycare. They made a special journey out to my house and made room for my dog on the taxis for the next couple of days when I needed it. Went above and beyond. Thank you.

My dog had a brilliant day at the Doggy house - she is a puppy and I was concerned about her nervousness around other dogs. However, the staff reassured us that she would only be introduced slowly to other dogs and given plenty of breaks/time out to rest and process things. They also did a dog report on social media for her which made me smile.

Seem to care about the dogs and good updates through the day on Facebook. Hard to get a first day as they take extra care to assess the dog and only take a few new dogs at a time. But the first day is free and then it's easy to book via their webpage.

The Doggy House is fantastic! The owners are amazing and really care about the dogs they look after. There is tonnes of space for dogs to play and a sleep area for when they need a rest. You get an update on how the day has gone and photo updates through their Facebook page throughout the day. My dog loves it here Update Dec 2019. Nearly 6 years going here for my first dog and 4 years for my second. Both still love The Doggy House and all the staff. They are both so excited to arrive in the morning and are exhausted in the evening. Safe and secure environment where I know they are loved and cared for. The y can even get groomed at the same time.

Our boy Arnie loves this place. We know he's well looked after by the staff who are really enthusiastic about dogs, they always make a fuss over him to make him enjoy being there. You get update photos and videos at the end of the day so you get a glimpse of what your dogs been up to. 👍

I first came across The Doggy House about 2yrs ago after they were recommended to me by about 10 different people when out walking my dog, including someone who used to work there. After hearing so many amazing recommendations I decided to look them up online, and called to speak to the owner, Nat. He spent a good 30mins talking to me as I was a little nervous, due to the fact that I had used another local daycare before and my dog had been attacked by another dog whilst attending there. Nat really put my mind at ease, was very knowledgeable and professional, and took the time to listen and reassure me. My dog hasn’t attended many times because I am retired, but they really took the time to introduce her (and my other dog) to the other dogs slowly and make sure she was comfortable. I got plenty of updates online and they took the time to tell me how they had got on in the evening. Nat and Rebekah who own the centre are both great and really know their stuff - it’s good to know that both them and their team are highly qualified. They also have veterinary professionals on their team and have been awarded 5* on their recent licensing, which they highly deserve. I appreciated being able to view the centre, their facilities are top notch. I will definitely be using The Doggy House again whenever I need someone to care for my dogs in the day, and I would highly recommend their service to anyone.

Olive has been going to TDH since she was 12 weeks old and she loves it! The guys that own it are so loving, and they care so much. They'll show you around to put you at ease, and they post pictures of your pup during the day so you can see how happy they are <3 Olive always comes home happy and knackered - the best combination! He cannot wait to get there in the morning and barks until they let him in 😁 Every member of staff at the centre is helpful and friendly and they look after your dog as if it was there own! Eddie has been going to The Doggy House for a few months now and absolutely loves it there. As soon as we pull into the car park he can't wait to get inside and play! All the staff are really friendly and welcoming and Ed has made lots of friends, he is always shattered by the end of the day. I would recommend daycare to anyone, it's a great way for dogs to socialise and I can go to work knowing that Ed is safe and having a fantastic time!!

Amazing dog day care, plenty of space, lots of activities and loads of things for them to play with and climb on, tunnels, slides, big castle etc. My dog always comes home happy and tired but not too tired. Staff are all friendly and knowledgeable and the owners are qualified and always happy to explain anything and take the time to listen to you, they’re clearly all big dog lovers. Priced VERY competitively for the service that you get and the facilities they offer. We don’t use it but they can also pick up your dog and drop them home, which would be good if you can’t take them yourself or you want the convenience. We’ve also used the groomer there, best groom he’s ever had and they did it while he was at day care so didn’t need to make an extra trip - bonus! Love the photos and videos, my dog is clearly having the time of his life when he’s there. Think he loves them more than he does me lol.

If you're looking for a well-priced and - more importantly - caring and well-run daycare with knowledgeable, loving and enthusiastic staff then look no further. The Doggy House in Altrincham offers all this and so much more. We wouldn't send our dog anywhere else - we know he will be looked after to such a high standard and have a whale of a time with his doggy friends. Far better than him being stuck at home on his own when we have to be out for the day!

Oscar, our dog loves going to the doggy house. It is a fantastic daycare for dogs and run by brilliant owners Nat and Rebekah. There is also a great team of carers. They really make an effort with nervous dogs and focus all their attention to cater for individual dog needs. Their dog knowledge is beyond impressive. There are also lots of photos of the dogs to see. I would really recommend the doggy house and so would Oscar.

Freddy has been going to The Doggy House for two months now and we honestly can't fault it. Nat and Rebekah are hugely enthusiastic, extremely knowledgeable about everything canine, very responsive to messages, treat my dog as if he were one of their own and generally nothing is too much trouble. I have worried about anything and everything (the heat in the summer, that Freddy was intact when he started going and I didn't want him neutered too soon, that one of his pals from out of town needed to join him just for a few weeks when we were dogsitting...) and they have been nothing but helpful and accommodating. Not to mention the fact that Freddy adores it - from the moment we drive into the car park he's beyond himself with excitement. The booking and cancellation process is extremely easy and flexible too. Top marks from us!

They take such good care of your dogs and you can tell by your pooch's reaction when they get out of the car that they can't wait to have another day of fun at The Doggy House! Rebekah & Nat and the rest of the team genuinely care for the dogs and are always looking at ways to make the place even better for your fur babies. We were so sad when we moved out of town and are always comparing the current place we use to The Doggy House. We've already said if we ever move back to the area this is the only placed we'd consider for Oscar. Keep up the good work guys!

We’ve been taking Casper to The Doggy House since he was a puppy, and he absolutely loves it! He can’t wait to rush in every time and is always as excited to see any of the team who come to collect him from reception. He’s always ready for a nap after a day of running around with his pals! They also offer pick up and drop off from local areas, which really helped us in the beginning due to work schedules. Could easily trust Nat with a key and knew Casper would be taken care of. They have also recently added a dog grooming service (The Canine Beauty Room) to their offering and Jeanna always does a brilliant job! I’m sure we owe a lot to the staff at doggy daycare for having a well socialised and happy dog :) can’t recommend enough!

Fabulous safe place to leave your dog or dogs for the day. The team of workers are super caring with the dogs, plenty of love and cuddles. My Betty loves going, drags me to the door tail wagging in excitement. She loves it, one happy puppy equals one happy owner/mummy. Highly recommended

Our Cavachon Mabel has been a regular visitor to the Doggy House for about eight months now and my goodness how wonderful they are! It's very clear that she loves the place! She waits by the door each morning (even weekends) waiting to go to the Doggy House, gets so excited in the car when she realises where we are heading and as soon as she sees a member of staff ,she treats them with the same affection as she does us. The staff could not be more suited to their profession and it gives me comfort to know that she is being well looked after and having lots of fun too. Being around other dogs has developed her socialisation skills tremendously and from an owner's perspective, seeing photos of her playing with the other dogs i great. Without a doubt the Doggy House is worth its weight in gold and we hope Mabel is a part of their future for many years to come. Highly recommended!

MisiIu has been attending the Doggy House now for a little over a year and he loves it. It gives us peace of mind that while we are at work he is being looked after by knowledgeable staff. We are kept up to date with how he has been during the day and who he has played with. It's also nice that pictures are posted on their Facebook page so we can see how much fun he is having during the day. The summer camp that they ran this year was great. The team are fantastic and there is always a warm welcome. Misiu comes home tired and sleeps all the way home, once home he is awake long enough to go to the toilet and eat his tea. Fantastic place, fantastic staff would recommend to anyone.
